Beck says that freedoms of speech and press, right to work, profit, make medical choices, assemble have been "lost rapidly"

From the October 23 edition of Fox News' Glenn Beck:

Hey, paranoid conspiracy theorists need to be represented in the media too!
And nobody has reinstated the fairness doctrine, or even promised to do so. I thought Beck had a top notch research team. Apparently not since he just made up half of this segment.
I put this on another thread.
Also...Didi Beck just disrespect PBS...PBS?
from Fox.com
Then why is the Washington Times still publishing?
Then why are only 12% of wage earners members of unions?
Then why is Exxon Mobil making record profits?
Then why are medical insurers fighting to take medical choice away?
The why did 2 million people (haha...) recently assemble for the 9/12 rally?
Beck's answer to that in this clip seems to be that since they were made to "feel" bad and "discredited," then they no longer have the freedom to assemble. I'm betting that many of Beck's fans are just dumb enough to believe that freedom of assembly means that others must accept and respect their message.
Rinse and repeat.
Somehow, mocking that notion by muttering it in an awful mobster impression does not make it any less valid of question. It makes you, Glenn, sound like a selfish, spolied neanderthal who most likely wishes for the days when people were hung in the town square. You, Glenn, essentially just implied, "Screw humanity. I worked hard; they didn't work hard enough. Go hungry. I earned my meal." You're a disgrace to love and compassion everywhere.
As for the Tea Parties, the WH did not break up the tea parties. So there was no infringement on the right to assemble.
I really wish that Beck would enroll for a term in a Law School's Con Law II or 1st Amendment course. Sadly, I don't think he would even last a day.
He's right, Charlie Rose is terrible. The real journalistic way is the way of O' Reill y.
