Keep shooting the foxbots down on this, MMFA. If you don't it'll become "true by repetition."
That's why the two million didn't make it to D.C. They went to Washington, the state! No wonder we missed them.
To the American Tea-Bagging Protester: WHAT ARE YOU PROTESTING?!What taxes do you speak of? What repression are you encountering? What rights have you lost? The right to make medical choices? (Kaiser Permanente revoked that supposed priviledge from you long ago, lady with the NObama sign.) Where is that right in the Constitution that you apparently love to quote so often? How do you tie your shoes in the morning? How do you function in your daily life? It must be hard. I'm sorry.
Hey Neil, are you sure Obama's not going to 132 fundraisers?? 'Cause when I use your guest's counting method, that's what it comes out to be.
As I was riding Metro back from the protest, there were tea partiers all around me, and they were telling each other that there were 2 million people there, and they had just left the protest, and they had already convinced themselves that there were 2 million people there. Nope, not even close.
Let's put it this way. After Obama was sworn in, and Inauguration started to break up, on the closed streets of DC (Almost the entire District was closed down) it was literally human gridlock, as in, I could barely walk because there were so many people there. Any Metro station near the Mall and downtown DC was shutdown. During the tea party protest, as soon as I walked about half a block from the main part of the protest, the crowd thinned, I got on a train at the Smithsonian stop, and rode him in comfort, and got a seat.
There is no comparison between the 2 events. One of them actually HAD 2 million people, and the other one only wished that it had 2 million people.
I see Fox Snooze is still wanting to beat a dead horse. Sorry Cavuto the 9/12's protest numbers have already been told and lies shot down.
Let it go!
I nearly came out of my chair when Chris Matthews let this same guy get away with the same hype last week on Hardball. Perhaps he too is fed up playing Whack-a Mole.
