DAVIS: You know there are all kinds of negatives you can bring up about your opponent that nobody cares about, it doesn't matter, whatever. But have these nine months of President Obama given you maybe a little bit of some smelling salts here, that it kind of does matter who you hang out with? That by osmosis, some of this stuff travels from person to person, and if you're spending your time around the likes of Jeremiah Wright, and Bill Ayers, and look at some of these nominees, Van Jones, and Kevin Jennings, and, and some of these bizzaroids, and creepoids, and people from what deep annal of what kind of thought have some of these folks come from, that you're properly judged by that?
Imagine a Republican president, you know, surrounding himself with folks with these kinds of unsavory past connections, you know maybe some Klansmen over here, some, some Nazi over there, it wouldn't fly for a New York minute.

Right -- 'cause, as we all know, the ranks of Klansmen and Nazis were just FILLED with African American ministers and professors of education . . .
But Davis is going to bring them up, anyway. Got to love that logic.

Has Obama so much as seen Wright or Ayers since he became president? Davis is the the one needing the smelling salts here.
and look at some of these nominees, Van Jones, and Kevin Jennings
These were not "nominees," they actually held or continue to hold positions in government. Can Davis get even the basics right?
and some of these bizzaroids, and creepoids
I don't know about anyone else, but I don't think that anyone substituting for Limbaugh should start throwing around childish insults about others.
Imagine a Republican president, you know, surrounding himself with folks with these kinds of unsavory past connections,
You mean like Dick Cheney and countless others?
you know maybe some Klansmen over here, some, some Nazi over there, it wouldn't fly for a New York minute.
It flew in the case of G. Gordon Liddy. And not only did he last a lot of New York minutes, he's now a crazed right-winger with a microphone. Ironic, isn't it?
That's what REPUBLICANS do!
--------------------------------------------------------------
Sheesh!
It's simple really. Wright is not a racist.
Ayers did perform some terrorist acts, but the man has turned his life around in a big way (not that this excuses him from what he did in the 60's), and is now a meaningful and contributing member of society as a whole. And besides that, Obama only has a passing connection to Ayers.
Contrast that with Klansmen; these cowards group together and hide behind maskes, break the law and tortured and killed innocent people in the name of white supremacy. The people he names "Bill Ayers, Van Jones and Kevin Jennings are man enough to stand behind their words. They don't hide these faces. Klams preys on the weak, the vulnerable, the exploited with numbers greater than their victims. Klans' idiology and preaching is ungodly and demonic and their actions are inhumane.
Again there is no comparison here.
This is why Rush and buddy is so dangerous. They speak out of ignorance and hate. Those who are fans of them are birds of a feather and stupid as hell.
