Who can change things when such a thing as 'blue-dog Democrats' exist?
They're a bigger pain than Fox.

"Break all of the rules", just takes Chris Matthews back to the days of former Pres. Bush and former VP Cheney, LOL. Chris should know that President Obama is "NOT" former President Bush, and Vice President Biden is "NOT" former Vice President Cheney.

With this said, today's Congress does "NOT" live with the 'do as I say' fear from the White House. This is good. Maybe the shocker for Chris is that today's Congress and the White House are working "TOGETHER" as a "TEAM", and "NOT" like the old days of 'do-as-I-say' during the Bush years, LOL.

How tragic, a majority to pass a bill into law that we need.

How did Bush not go through congress?? Im still wondering that. He just abused his powers and no one cared?
