I am still trying to wrap my mind around why this quote is suppose to be so offensive.

Sometimes I cannot help but feel that there are too much[sic] injustices and too many inequalities that prevent far too many Americans from enjoying the beauty extolled in that anthem.
Maybe some of our resident conservatives can lend some views as to why this is suppose to be so offensive, because I really don't get it.

This is how those last two lines should have gone: "But sticking your head in the sand while others discredit your smears seems to be acceptable to FNC. And that is becoming a major problem."

Wow if this statement is radical you might as well make radical equal most minorities in America. There have been many people to make similar statements like this and it's nothing compared to those who won't sing "America the beautiful" or the "Star Spangled Banner" or say the pledge of allegiance because many don't get the chance to have what is in the lyrics of the songs and the pledge.
