And speaking of revulsion machines, did you know that Glenn Beck Idolizes Adolf Hitler?

It's true. He says so himself. I have the video to prove it.

It sure is funny how Jon Stewart's fake news program always seems to expose hwere the real fake news is at.

Fox News, "Be Hateful & Be Proud" Should that be on a FNC Sound Track?
For the first time in my Adult life time i'm really proud of my Country because it seems like "Hate" is finally making a Comeback?
They hire Glenn Beck & Mark Furman & they wonder why "Fox" is not considered as "News"
If News Corp. "A Racist Enterprise" would just look in the Mirror they could easily see the Clues?

Speak truth to power.

I'll take Jon Stewart's fake news over any "real news networks" any day. You need to be careful that you are not duped into defending the other news agencies that can be almost as bad as Fox at times. Where were the "real news networks" in the lead up to Gulf War II? Where were they on torture, wiretaps, use of depleated uranium and countless other stories where they played court stenographer to outright false statements and obfuscation by the right. The "real news networks" may be better than Fox, but they aren't all that great either.

This is really funny, but it would have been nice if Media Matters would have also put up Cambell Brown's take on the whole thing as well. Most people may not agree with it, but she does have a point in saying that MSNBC and Fox News are biased.

MSNBC isn't nearly as biased as Fox News is obviously, but it does exist.

I'm assuming that Shepard Smith was spared humiliation in this segment because he's the only one considered to be a real journalist? I would agree with that.

Why do you think that MSNBC is bias? How do you figure? That is the biggest bunch of BS going around. You and Campbell Brown are idiots.

First, MSNBC has exactly three shows at one hour each (Schultz, Olbermann and Maddow) that are liberal bias. That is three hours a day.

They also have three hours of the conservative Scarborough on every day. Isn't that pretty balanced. I would also say that much of the rest of MSNBC's coverage is pretty much right-of-center.

MSNBC also have a history of doing things that are not all that liberal. They cancelled the Donahue show after he came out too strongly against the Iraq war and they hired a lot or right wing commentators over the last few years.

Not sure the conservative talking point that MSNBC is also bias is true. It is a false equivalency. And you cannot even compare MSNBC to FOX. I would love to see three hours of a liberal show on FOX every single morning, just like MSNBC does with Scarborough.

Jason, you 'missed' FoxNews "brilliant" process of how their "smears" against Obama's WH are ran ALL day in both their "news" and "opinion" Shows 24/7 and what affect this brings, LOL.

Stage 1 - FoxNews announce a 'made-up' urgent News Story some where during their 9:00am to 4:00pm "News" slots.

Stage 2 - FoxNews "repeats" their 'made-up' urgent News Story during the remaining hours, moving next to their "opinionated" Shows during the hours of 4:00pm to 6:00 pm and again at 8:00pm to 10:00pm.

Stage 3 - FoxNews "migrate" their 'made-up' urgent News Story from their own Cable Network into their Radio Airwaves soon thereafter.

Stage 4 - FoxNews "succeess" happens when the rest of MSM report FoxNews' 'made-up' urgent News Story as real news in America.

Now, MSNBC can't even come close to what FoxNews does here so there is absolutely "NO" similarities what so ever, LOL. Uh, oh. LOL.

This would not be happening if:
1) the administration had not fired the first shots.

3) allegations were not true.

Hey, I just turned on Fox news and saw a Black man. So now we're up to two, wait the one slightly overweight guy on in the mornings. I would like to see one of the networks have a Black host an opinion show. MSNBC looks like they may give Steven A. Smith a try. Also, Erik Rush is always on Fox sooooooooo there is a fair amount of diversity. Then again if you're talking about sane Black people that drops tht number down a few.

Just because it's funny doesn't mean it isn't true.

Why don't you actually address what points you take issue with in the video? You know, make an argument. That might be more effective than mere snark.

One of the things I've been thinking but haven't seen anyone say, and Stewart addresses this as well, is that the WH didn't really say anything all that shocking. They said Fox is biased and they don't think Fox does fair coverage. Why is this surprising, and why is this news? The WH doesn't like Fox, a network that has people on 24 hous a day calling everyone at the WH socialists, communists, marxists, fascists, and god knows what else. I mean, duh...of course the WH isn't gonna like Fox. But why is that a big deal? It's not like they said they were giong to try and get Fox shut down or that they would never do an interview with Fox ever again. Like I said, i don't see why this is a surprise to people.

Bush didn't like the NY Times, and never in his 8 years did an interview with them. But again, duh. Of course GW didn't care for the NY Times...who would assume any different?

If anything, Fox was ecstatic when they heard the WH's statements, because they knew they could use it to play the victim and talk about it non-stop, fuel the drama, and hopefully get some ratings out of it. That's all they really care about.

Actually Bush did do three interviews with the NY Times (June 5, 2001, Aug. 26, 2004 and Jan. 27, 2005). Yeah, that's not a lot over eight years, but you can't say he DIDN'T do any.

But thank goodness for The Daily Show and Colbert Report. Its sad that a couple of comedians (and I would include Pete Dominick with them) are a better source of news and rationality than the so-called "24 hour news networks." I wouldn't shed a tear if Fox, CNN and MSNBC all disappeared. If Stewart and Colbert left, that would be a real tragedy.

OK, now. Let's see if I've learned the proper responses:

1. Rush, I mean Jon, is simply an entertainer. You don't have to get upset with what he says. Although I will refer to what he says time and time again to "prove" his, I mean my points.

2. An imaginary company (was paid by Jon) to prove that 1,000% of everything he says is always, always, always true! I can provide no link or documentation to support this statement, so you'll just have to trust me on this.

3. Gosh. Here's an idea. If you don't like what Rush, oops - I mean Jon, says just don't listen to him. I mean, nobody's putting a gun to your head!

4. Oh, I see. You only believe in the First Amendment when it doesn't contradict your hate-filled, communistic point of view.

5. TSK, how typical! Since there are no merits in your own arguments, you seek to silence the only voice of truth that somehow seeps past the fascists in he STATE RUN MEDIA.

6. STOP THE JON STEWART WITCH HUNT!!!!!!

The MSM does not want to get it, so they do not.

"It is difficult to get a man to understand something when his salary depends on his not understanding it." - Upton Sinclair

The MSM consists of millionaires who are paid by billionaires. You want the 'liberal-biased' version of why we had to invade Iraq, or will have to bomb Iran? Go to the Washington Post.

Or you can go to the Wall Street Journal or FAUX for the exact same thing.

The day Jon Stewart decides to stop doing his show will be a very sad day indeed.

You used to have to watch Saturday night live for some good political comedy. Tune in to Fox these people are one long comedy skit. Why wait for Saturday, tune in to Fox. Great job to Jon Stewart we needed that.

Very well done. It makes things pretty crystal clear. Maybe the Obama administration should just link to the video to prove their point??

John Stewart does not write his own stuff. He regurgitates what his writer gives him to say. if he debated anyone he wouldn't know what to do. At the very least Fox will put other opinions on to debate.

Well, I will point out that this video (and the others like it by TDS) shows what the White House spokespeople should have been saying all along.
When Fox tried to make a distinction between news and opinion, Valerie Jarrett, in her interview on CNN, let the point escape her. When asked if MSNBC was biased she equivocated instead of saying yes, they are, but they don't employ the endless loop of serving the opinion with the news and vice versa.
The White House took a good step in challenging Fox but could have used Jon's writers to bolster their point.
Stewart really is good.
