Rush asks Obama: "What do you not like about this country that makes you want to inflict this kind of damage on it?"

100 Children dead from H1N1 & Mr. Wallace interviews Rush Limbaugh whos Racism is his only claim to Fame?
To be that tone deaf says everything that needs to be said about Fox (Entertainment) News.
News Corp. "A Racist Enterprise" Even Humpty Dumpty could put together their Racist Clues.
Speak truth to power.
Mr. News
She can't go to Chris Wallace because unless The RNC gives the OK he can't come to the right Conclusion.
Bill O'Reilly a/k/a Bill-O the Clown runs around like he is a Man with Dignity?
Phone Rape? Phone Sexual Assault? Phone Molestation? Umm Bill, Am i using the right Specificity?
Speak truth to power.
Mr. News
I doubt rush never asked him that even though we can see the results of his administration.
Why don't the spineless Republicans put their own ideas, instead of stale complaints, into the discussion?
The problem with them is that they can't solve the problem, when they can't see that there is a problem.
Duh, because the demoncrats won't allow them to participate. Your sneaky libby Reps meet behind closed doors - didn't even tell the republicans WHERE they were meeting. You know, the normal stuff one can expect from the left. Lie, deception, fraud, sneakiness, collusion, and corruption. Then they claim they to be "partisan". What a joke.
BTW: The Republicans do have several ideas to change health care. At least 40 proposals. Of course you have not heard of them because your head is buried so far in Obama, Ried, and Pelosi sand.
You're full of crap. If the gutless punks in Republican Party have any thing to put forward, they have an entire conservative media complex in which to promote their ides. Shoot, if they had any ideas, you would be repeating them and using your cut/paste skills all over these boards. So stop lying.
The truth is, Republicans are too dang scared of making themselves the target of scrutiny because their idea of reform is more of the same.
Now just go away and keep rooting for failure. It's your only option.
And I'll prove I never get a chance to participate with my ideas by participating right here and complaining about "demoncrats" being sneaky frauds and corrupt colluders.

Like what? Tort Reform and crossing state lines! Oh I know setting saving accounts for paying your health care bills! LMAO!
That does nothing for health care reform.
Selling insurance across state lines? Nope. Insurance companies can already go into states and start selling insurance.
Health Savings accounts? They do nothing to cut costs.
So, no, those aren't good ideas for reforming healthcare.
And those are almost all the 'good ideas' that Republicans ever espouse!
Oh, you mean like the Rupugnantcons did from 1994 to 2006, a time when many subcommittees literally had no Democrats on them at all? So where did those evil libs learn that trick, huh?...
And as far as getting those "40 ideas" (as wk pointed out, about 35 of them are tax cuts, and the rest are corporate welfare for the financial-services sector) out there, wasn't it just yesterday that Jim DeMint boasted that all the cons needed to get their ideas out were conservative blogs and Fox News?...
This nonsense that the Republicans haven't had input, and that the work has been done in secret is just that - nonsense!
while you're at it why don't you post a few of the ideas for health reform the republicans have. don't leave us in the dark. come on, we'll wait.
Could it be the million jobs saved or created in his first year in office? You know that whups Bush's record on jobs, right? Crawl back under your rock, Mr. Limbaugh. It's time for your meds.
Too funny. Prove Obama has "saved" even ONE job.
In case you missed it, unemployment is at record highs. Well above the 8% Obama and Biden promised it would never go over if they could just have another trillion or so for "stimulus" - adding to his trillions of National Debt which your kids and grandkids will be obligated to pay.
Oh, thats right. Libbies don't seem to be concerned about their family members.
But we as a nation have to do something, we need to invest in a hurting, jobless nation because to allow unnecessary pain and suffering is morally unacceptable.
Maybe you can point to how many unsubsidized jobs the private sector has been creating in this recession? Can't do it can you? You can't because the stimulus has been absolutely necessary to job creation.
Why the right hates entrepreneurs and working people is God's own private mystery.
The argument goes, private businesses will drop their employees private insurance carriers because of a cheaper choice in the public option that the employee can get.
But the argument totally ignores the fact that businesses provide or subsidise insurance for their employees as part of a benefits package to compete with other businesses when they are looking to hire new employees. `
Fair enough, retiredinsf. Guess it was only 650,000 jobs created. Well, its a start, huh?
14.6% in 1940, versus 9.8& for September of 2009. Hmmm. Which number is bigger again?
So, you've failed at history, and you've failed at current events.
Of the 1.5 trillion dollar national debt, about one trillion dollars can be laid at the feet of Bush/Cheney, a legacy of cutting taxes to pay for wars of opportunity, and giving huge no-strings bailouts to Wall Street. Oops. Sorry. Do facts bother you? I'm guessing so, based on how fact-free you've been so far.
And it's back to the playground. Any 12 year old can play the 'yo mamma' game, and likely better than you can, retiredinsf. As a pre-emtpive reply to your next likely post, and in a language that I know you can understand: I know you are but what am I?
You can't win them all, I guess. Only the rational ones.
Your post was very good by the way. I like that you hotlinked every point of fact you were making to a reliable source haha. Check and mate!
Since I assume you're not in favor healthcare reform other than turning it into corporate welfare, I rather doubt you care that much about your family members either...
Did you retire young? Ever hear of the GREAT DEPRESSION, when unemployment reached 24% or 25%.
You look like a fool when you spout this kind of garbage. Save yourself some embarrassment and post elsewhere.
P.S. When Reagan and Bush were amassing RECORD deficits, when did you care about family members? Who were the Republicans that spoke up?
But then they got the updated numbers from the last quarter of 2008. The estimate hadn't realized how bad the economy had done that last quarter. Given those worse numbers, their estimate underestimated how bad unemployment would go.
Too bad that Republicans omit the fact that the estimate they constantly quote was dependent on a better 4th quarter than we actually got.
So, the stimulus bill probably should have been even bigger than it was - we knew things were worse in late January than we knew in early January. But the Republicans don't want our minds to go to that conclusion - that we knew things were even worse, and so the stimulus should have been bigger.
So they omit that fact in order to make Obama look bad.
Perhaps Rush is speaking about the damage done to America by confusing the financial stake of the corporation and infusing 'America' in the thought... it's as if Rush seems to think that the corporation IS America!
You see, when Bush/Cheney were out there, we all knew and understood that their purpose was to support, aid, and abet the corporate criminals among us and ignore the needs of We the People...
Where with Obama/Biden, what we are seeing is a lesser degree of corporate hand holding... and We the People have a voice (small as it is) in our government again.
I think Rush is more than happy to dress up this line of garbage by wrapping it up in the US flag by happily confusing corporate talking points with actual reality!
Two unfinished wars ?
Meltdown of the financial markets ?
Meltdown of the housing market ?
Worst job creation in US History ?
Lost Billions in Iraq ?
Outing a CIA agent ?
Lying the country into war ?
Of course these and many other situations were brought to you by the Bush administration which you cheered, Rush.
BTW, can we please ask Rush to BUTTON-UP that shirt?? Ewwwwww
How can anyone look in Rush's eyes and not think he is crazy? He is so totally gross to listen to. What a creepy guy, it has to be worse in person.
Rush did look good though and he was able to keep a staight face when he accused Biden of being pompous. Talk about pots and kettles!
My point was, he was presented well. (of course)
As far as crazy looks, he is much better at presenting himself than Beck is.
Beck is straight up crazy, and you can see it.
Rush is the quite crazy that he hides well, that is what you should fear.
If you dont listen carefully to what he says, you can confuse him with a sane person.
That could justifiably be the President's first question to you, Mr. Lies & Hate.
My guess would be that he has a separate house composed entirely of a collection of closets.
Seriously. It's bad enough that a Non-News Sunday talk show feels compelled to interview a right wing radio host; was it really necessary for an allegedly non-partisan news service to include it in it's news wrapup? THIS IS NEWS???
Why should anyone CARE what RUSH LIMBAUGH thinks about the President, or anyone/anything else? When are we going to hear Rachel Maddow, Thom Hartmann or Ed Schultz quoted on AP Radio News? This is pathetic.
Too funny but I dig your moxy!
I have had a few people tell me to stop trying to blame Bush for all that is wrong in the world, when it was BushCo who created much of the mess we are in! Suddenly, just because a new president has arrived, we are supposed to move on and forgive? forget? the criminality of the last bunch?
That this scum said very little, if anything at all about the damage done to this nation by the last band of schmucks, always taking the stand of "You are un-American if you do not support the president" while Bush was in.
What changed I wonder aloud? Was it simply because a Democrat is in the White House again? Or something a bit more... racial?
The man has been in office for under a year. This damage he has done is not his fault Rushie. It was done over the years of Reagan, GHWB, Clinton, and GWB. Sorry Rushie do your history.
I hate to disagree with things Clinton did, but he did lift regulation that allowed this man to spread his smears. Plus he helped take away jobs that was started by Reagan.
That's just for starters.
There. Take that. I was gonna say something about glue and rubbers or something like that but i couldnt remember the whole thing. Anyway, I hope you enjoyed that little gem. I think it only added to the already high level of discourse on this thread...
forget power, just speak the truth
While you're working at that hospital, take a look at the COST of treating those uninsured folks who come in for treatment! Look at the COST of treating the common cold and other minor health issues IN the emergency room!
FYI
Lack of insurance compromises the health of the uninsured because they receive less PREVENTIVE care, the are diagnosed at MORE advanced stages, and once diagnosed, tend to receive LESS therapeutic care and have HIGHER MORTALITY rates than insured individuals. National Center for Health Statistics.“Health, United States, 2007: with Chartbook on Trends in the Health of Americans,” 2007; Center for American Progress, The Case for Health Reform, February 2009.
Controlling for age, race, sex and income, uninsured cancer patients are 1.6 times MORE likely to die within 5 years of diagnosis. Ward, E. , et all., “Association of Insurance with Cancer Care Utlization and Outcomes,” CA: A Cancer Journal for Clinicians (58), 2008.
Access to an emergency room for uninsured patients DOES NOT qualify as access for coordinated cares. While physicians are required to stabilize patients in an emergency room, they are NOT required to treat the condition. Emergency Medical Treatment and Active Labor Act, 42 U.S.C. 1395dd, www.emtala.com.
You say you work in a hospital, so WHY don't know ANYTHING about health-care?
Where -- in the last year since Obama was elected -- has Limbaugh done anything but what he accuses the President of?
Limbaugh is not a patriot. He is in this for his own and his friends pocketbooks.
He is the personification of hypocrite. His way was to treat drug addicts very harshly .... until his own arrest.
These days, all we ever hear from him is a negative and pessimistic message -- and Obama is trying to destroy the country?
Mr. Limp Paw, please take some advice from the great philosopher Pogo and get a mirror.
