This talking point is just silly. If a Republican or "conservative" wins in NY-23 . . . it means nothing. There hasn't been a Democratic winner there since 1872. If a Republican wins in Virginia tomorrow, it means nothing. The candidate for the opposition party to the White House has won every election since 1977. If Corzine loses in NJ, it's because Corzine loses in NJ . . . Corzine's short-lived predecessor, McGreevey, took over the office from a Republican. Corzine's biggest enemy is the economy, not the political club affiliation of his opponent.

I doubt this very much... but if it is true... I guess only a fat ass drug addled gas bag would be the one to tell us!

And for those who don't believe that Rush is not the defacto leader of the GOP... lets see how much time passes between Jeff Christie saying this and the Congressional leadership begins to repeat it?

      I give by 3pm tomorrow?

This is just stupid. What Rush and the rest of the talking heads are setting up is a danged if you do, danged if you don't scenario. If the Republicans or "conservatives" win in NJ, VA and NY-23, they will declare that it is a mandate against Obama, if one or all of them lose, it is because of mischief and malfeasance.

        I'm SICK of these people.

In NY-23 it was the radical, right-wing Republican "mischief and malfeasance" that destroyed their own Republican candidate.

no biggie on the NY-23 as it will be democratic by 2010 went it gets redisticed, and falls in with the other two districts that are either side of it now.

So who ever wins there is only going to be in office for less then a year.

So, the honcho of "Operation Chaos" is afraid that Democrats will have their own version? Seems pretty chicken-hearted to me. If you throw a punch, you better be prepared to take a few.

I wish someone would pie-chart Rush's show. One color for preposterous speculation...one color for outright false-hoods...one color for race-baiting...one color for fear mongering...and one color for commercials. Am I missing something?
