Rush Limbaugh isn't the only one that is losing his mind.
He plays the fool on the Radio & he's not the only one of his kind.
When Mr. Limbaugh stops calling President Obama a boy and a Half-African i will give him more Respect.
Rush Limbaugh's Credibility is still incredibly hard to Detect.

      Speak truth to power.

They hate science, because science prooves them wrong.

They can't refute it, so they call it liberal and mock it.

And the large number of really stuipd, easily led people, get even stuipder and are lead to disaster by rich men who seek only to further enrich themselves and the expense of these poor, dumb easily lead bastards.

It's like a cult - so it's no wonder these people are so religious! If only they knew what a false idol the were following. They're screwing themselves over in life and, if they're right about anything, they'll STILL have hell to look forward to for their efforts.

      ---------------------------------------------------------------
And this guy thinks the first LIBERAL was Satan? Nice try.

My only disagreement, Eddie, would be with your saying it's like a cult. I'm not sure if you were referring to Rush's audience or the far right in general, but either way I think they went from political party/ fan club to actual cult a long time ago.

I think it's my fascination with faith- based things (religion, cults, mythology, urban legends) that allows me to listen on occasion to Rush, Fox "news" and other right-wing propaganda outlets. I know some people with normal critical thinking abilities can't stand to listen, but I see it as a really interesting look at human nature.

The type of items like the one above are some of my favorites, when he goes into "Professor Limbaugh" mode.Boss Hogg has no education in science, a pretty flimsy grasp of history, and he rarely seems to understand the news items he reads on political and social issues. He's constantly wrong on his "facts", and way off with his frequent predictions.

Yet the dittobots call in constantly to thank him for "educating" them, and for reporting "the truth" (his misguided opinions). Why? Because he tells them just what they want to hear. Rush teaches his zombies to be victims, only he names all of the wrong people as their oppressors, and somehow convinces them that it's everybody else who is playing the victim. It's sad and funny, but there is a fraction of a percentage of adults in this country who are perfect consumers for his brand of BS.

Is it just me or has Limbaugh's voice sounded increasingly scratchy over the last few months while he's been losing weight dramatically? Like he's got some kind of throat issue? He's a cigar smoker, yeah?

Golly...I sure hope it's nothing serious. After all, the way this guy has abused his body for so long, with frequent weight losses and weight gains, with a history of narcotics addiction, and (until now) an aversion to exercise, he can't be healthy. And with three divorces behind him you know he's probably not a very happy person. I worry so much about Rush's health...

BTW, isn't Limbaugh a former cigarette smoker? I guess his being alive is living proof that smoking doesn't cause cancer. Rush is so exceptional...what would we do without him? <sigh>

My ex-FIL died from lung cancer after a life-long addiction to cigarettes, my ex-MIL died from COPD after living with him for 50 years. She never smoked in her whole life. Her doctor told her that her lungs looked like those of a 2 pack a day, 20 year smoker. The last years of his life, my ex-FIL had to smoke outside.

Secondhand smoke DOES kill and so does H1N1. Rush is an idiot.

OT, but MSNBC right now is actually doing a segment on Rush Limbaugh's comments about Obama's Dover visit, once again giving this clown legitimacy as a source of news.

First, we hear what the "controversy" is. Then we see the clip of Limbaugh calling Obama's Dover trip a "photo op." Then we hear this asinine statement- "Rush Limbaugh is not alone this view, LIZ CHENEY has also weighed in.."

Obama lied, troops are dying! US out of Iraq and Afghanistan now!

          Hillary Clinton:

"I am sick and tired of people who call you unpatriotic

Except for the fact that Obama has already increased troop levels by 21,000 in Afghanistan since taking office. I certainly have no problem with it. He campaigned on it and he has increased troop levels. He just hasn't decided whether or not to increase them more as requested by the commander on the ground.

Nope, he responded to the troops requests of his general. It has nothing to do with Bush. He campaigned on getting us out of the wars he said are immoral and wrong. Candidate Obama and Senator Obama made it clear. So why not do it instead of wasting our money and American lives.
While he waits around to make a decision to increase troops even more, troops are dying. Those are the facts.

Not quite, but nice try, CitizenX. Obama did NOT campaign on the U.S. getting out of Afghanistan. The FACT is that he criticized the Bush Maladministration for failing to complete the job there, and identified it as the central battle place in our war with al-Qaeda. It was one of his central campaign themes.

So, don't even try and come here and advance this false reich wing meme that the President has broken his promise to hastily withdraw from Afghanistan. No one's going to buy it.

You conveniently ignore that he has increased troops levels and that more troops have died under his command in the Afghan situation. October 2009 was the bloodiest month during the conflict. We cannot afford to be there or Iraq (which he said he would get out of and has not almsot a year into his presidency). Obama is not a war monger...maybe you are....I dont know. We have no business being in either locale. We cannot afford it monetarily or in blood. We are still operating Gitmo. Though it looks like it may close soon hopefully.

False reich wing? You mean like controlling and/or shutting down media outlets like CNN or MSNBC or this website? That is what is now being proposed and foisted on Obama.

Wrong. The troop requests had been made 8 months prior to his inauguration. I realize that Stephen Hayes [a Bush neo-conservative] tried REALLY hard to change that fact, but the requests were requests ignored by Bush.

Look, I wasn't a supporter of Obama, but he's doing an exponentially better job, given the CRAP pile he was left with, than his predecessor.

One can't just snap one's fingers and remove troops . . . it has to be done incrementally. That's being done in Iraq and the jury's still out as to how things are going to be done in Afghanistan.

                    Lighten up.

Even other media outlets saw that for what it was and came out against Obama's attempts to silence the media. Then we see the clip of Limbaugh calling Obama's Dover trip a "photo op."

Every move a President makes is for a photo-op or becomes one. Whether it's landing on an aircraft carrier & declaring mission accomplished [even if it wasn't] or coming out of church with you wife clutching a bible [while your getting BJ's from an intern]

At least in this case Obama's photo-op was showing respect for fallen soldiers.

I think the President [every President] should try to be there every time the body bags return home. But I guess it's up to the families because of the cameras?

As far as Dr. Limbaugh goes....while it's possible to get lung cancer even if you never smoked, or were the unlucky recipient of second hand smoke, you're more likely to get it because of cigs. Rush knows that. He's just being an idiot here.

I have a challenge for all you (presumably) right-wing thumbs down people: How about enlightening us all on what's factually correct about crap like this that Rush says? Seriously. Thumbs down apparently means the post is wrong, so why is Limbaugh -- who has no degree, period, let alone a medical one -- correct? Come on, dittoheads -- you're always saying liberals are wimps!
