And so it continues.............he is stating what many have already known for quite sometime, but it is refreshing to here it from an "insider". Call it disguntle or whatever, I as well as most, know it as fact

Fox News reminds me of those Leonard Nimoy specials from the 80's.
Are there Space Aliens among us?
Now you know they won't prove anything but you sit infront of the TV with your mouth open anyways.

I don't doubt what Lamont says but who are these "many people?" Sounds a little like "some say."

This is true, however, he wasn't pressed to disclose who "many people" are. So I'd give the benefit of the doubt at the moment, it's only fair at this time. Now if asked and he tried to "soft shoe" around the answer, then there would be concern.....

Which are you doubting? That Hannity turns down the mic on people or that there has been "many" people which he has done that to over a 20 year career of constantly supporting losing causes?

I said I don't doubt Lamont. I was just pointing out that his "many people" claim isn't much better than the Fox favorite "some say."

That means you're doubting the validity of there being "many people."

Personally, I don't see why with the track record Sean Hannity has.

No. It means I expect people to support their statements even if we're on the same side. There shouldn't be one set of rules for people we agree with and another set for those we don't.

Jeez, and here I thought Hannity was a tough guy.

One of the most amusing examples of this cowardly tactic was when Alan Dershowitz schooled him on Rehnquist's racist, anti-Semitic past and wussy Sean cut him off. Never let facts get in the way of conservative icons and principles!

For a clinic on how to handle Hannity, go find the video of Michael Moore's appearance on Hannity's TV show about a month or so ago. With a smile on his face and patience in his voice, Moore gently ripped Hannity to shreds during the segment. It was a thing of beauty.

The administration should have been much more specific in it's criticism of fox. Statements like 'Fox is not a real news organization' is to general. The bias at fox is undeniable so why even address it. What they should do is name names, be specific about what they believe to be lies, smears or unfair. Take for example Beck calling Obama a racist, they should call him out directly and make him explain it. The problem with what the administration have done, is that they given Fox any easy defense. People like O'Reilly can talk about how it's opinion not straight news, but we all know the difference. If they are going to attack fox, present a stronger argument. Show how there is evidence of political campaigning and fund raising. Be specific about the stories, started by the opinion commentator's on fox and were reported as legitimate news by there straight news anchors.
What the administration should do, is take there cues from media matters. Media matters presents so much evidence to back up there claims, the guys at fox cannot even engage them.
