One person's freedom fighter is another person's dead ender.

Right wing freedom generally means being free of any compromise or opposition.

Now, now, people... if someone wants to fight for the freedom to rip people off and kill them slowly by denying them the care they should have a right to, that's their choice.

Yes, they're fighting for the freedom of corporate America to enrich itself at the cost of 45,000 American lives each year. The freedom of corporate America to accept premium payments for twenty years when care is not needed, then cancel the policy and pocket the money at the first sign of ill health. That's freedom Ms. Bachmann can believe in, I'm sure.

If you believe so strongly in freedom, Ms. Bachmann, then where do you stand on another 'conservative' principle? Namely, that competition in the marketplace is a good thing, even a necessary thing?

Give 'em credit ... the GOP knows how to bring out their base and drive fear into their hearts. Look at the lack of turnout in NJ & VA for Dems last night as a perfect example of that.

Expect to hear much, much more rhetoric about Obama's policies enslaving you and taxing you to death after last night's GOP victories.

I'm sure there will be . . .what's going to be funny is when the Bush tax cuts are allowed to expire and the taxes go back to what they were before the cuts. The majority of Americans won't even notice cause their taxes aren't going anywhere.

Hold on for that one. Dick Armey's Freedom Works will release the hounds on DC when that happens. It's gonna get ugly ...

Mark Levin will be speaking? In that case we are assured of intelligent discourse, I am so there.

The freedom they're fighting for is for the insurance industry to charge whatever they want, fix prices, collude, deny coverage, drop people when they get sick...
