This provides some great insight into the conserviative mind.

The "noblest goal" is not helping people, nor getting care to the uninsured, nor saving lives, nor even saving money...

It's stopping the DEMOCRATS from doing these things.

      ----------------------------------------------------------------
Is there a BETTER word than "Scumbags" for these people?

The poor and the uninsured are unethical. If they don't have money or healthcare, it's because they didn't work hard enough. I shouldn't be penalized through taxes because some whore of a single mother didn't have the good sense to get married or get an education and now must work three minimum wage jobs to feed her children and pay for their doctor visits. And I certainly do not want my tax dollars going to some illegal Mexican who is going to get free healthcare whenever he/she is hurt. Let them bleed!

I'm laughing my a$$ off right now. Thank you! I love it!

          or, if I've misunderstood...

You are one sick, evil bastard and will burn in a hell darker than the blackest recesses of your rotting heart.

(Normally, when I ask if someone's being sarcastic or stupid, I already know it's the latter. You sir... Well... you either did way too good a job with your parody, or you ARE one sick individual.)

          --------------------------------------------------------------------
Of course, I'm living proof that the two are NOT mutally exclusive, but still... Brilliant satire. Thank you!

I guess Davis is unfamiliar with the concept of noblesse oblige.

We've got something a bunch of Democrats don't like. We've got something a bunch of people who voted for Prseident Obama don't like. This thing must die; then, with a clear playing field, we build from there.

I am appalled at how conservatives have somehow managed to equivilate progressive dissent of the current bill to disapproving of President Obama and, moreover, universal healthcare.
Secondly, what are we going to 'build' exactly? Isn't the current bill already a disastrous consequence of appeasement and bipartisanship?
