The "noblest goal" is not helping people, nor getting care to the uninsured, nor saving lives, nor even saving money...
It's stopping the DEMOCRATS from doing these things.

I am appalled at how conservatives have somehow managed to equivilate progressive dissent of the current bill to disapproving of President Obama and, moreover, universal healthcare.
Secondly, what are we going to 'build' exactly? Isn't the current bill already a disastrous consequence of appeasement and bipartisanship?
I am making up words with the help of Urban Dictionary.
1) Whenever they critiscize a Republican, it's becasue he's not conservtaive enough.
2) Conservatism, is an inherent good, and there's just no such thing as being "too conservative."
3) America is a Center-Right nation and Liberals WORSHIP Obama.
4) Obama is a far left radical, WAY out of the mainstream.
Therefore:
No criticism of Obama could possibly come from the LEFT of him, since there really isn't anyone (at least not any REAL 'MURICANs) to the left of him. So OBVIOUSLY, if anyone's not happy with him, that MUST mean they want to to go right past Center, and do what the Conservatives want.
