That would be Mike "Premature Surrender" Pence, correct?

Ya gotta love the fear coming from the mouths of the reichwhiners. It's unfortunate that history tells us that the only way to make America move progressively forward is to shove a progressive agenda up the reichwhiner's @ss sideways, but after 8 years of bush I sure do love hearing them squeal like little piggies going to slaughter! It's like watching cockroaches trip over each other running for the shadows when you turn on the lights...

I'm sure the Republicans will put up extreme right wing candidates to oppose the Democrats that voted for the health care bill. Want to know what will happen? The same thing that happened in New York the other day. Guess the Republicans didn't get that message, sort of like the message they missed last November

This tone deaf bozo from the Party who had their a**es handed to them in 06 and wants 08 in a progressive tidal wave, wants to tell us that Democrats haven't gotten the message?

Whatever, dude. You go right ahead and tack further to the right, dummy. Your nonsense doesn't sell like it used to. The right wing insurance reform bill is a joke, the right wing jobs bill is nonexistent, the right has no economic recovery plan. You guys have nothing to offer but bs, so just keep doing things the same and we'll let the voters decide baby boy.

Oh, they have the same economic recovery "plan" they've always had: protect only the interests of those who are already rich, and convince the poor and middle class that it will eventually benefit them. Never mind that they have no historical examples in the world of this philosophy ever working in the way they insist that it will.

Well, that might be what they think of it, but it's more like

Tinkled on economics for the poor and middle class.

That's a good point, Pete. This degree of wealth disparity has never sustained a free society for any length of time. Republicans appear to not give a crap, though so long as the short term profits keep rolling in.

They just keep on cutting sweet heart tax deals for the rich and keep on ensuring low wages for all by keeping the unions down.

They got the message in November. The got the message in August that republicans lie and say 10,000 paid supporters is 2 million. They got the message that republicans work against the people and lie about their support of business. The only business interest the republican party and their blue dog agents represent is a very small percentage of business. You could probably narrow it down to a few wealty families. These and many more messages will be used to learned about the republicans and their blue dog agents

I just love the " Democrats didn't get the message last August or last Tuesday."

Do these nutbars really think that the Teabaggers actually represent main stream America? They must..

I'm still waiting for these wingnuts to get the message of November 2008.

Hell, I'm still waiting for DEMOCRATS to get that message.

We don't operate on mob rule. People are free to express anger and anxiety over programs they don't like. They do not have the right to overturn elections or demand that their agenda get fulfilled when it was rejected by the voters a year ago. And we really need more congressmen like Allan Greyson telling them so.

39 dems in the house voted no... We have a 60 percent majority and an a dem as president and the vote passed by 5 votes. Im sure everyone who is republican was well represented in that vote. A few dems in the house and senate aren't even democrats. They call themselves democrats but don't actually support any democratic policies.

Actually, many, if not most, of the Dems who voted against it did so because it wasn't progressive enough.

Chris Wallace asks Rep. Pence about Dems who voted for health bill: "Are you going to make them pay in the next election?"

I doubt it when you got kooks who can't even say the pledge right or speak the The Declaration of Independence when you stated you were speaking the Constitution.

A real journalist would have asked "do you see this as something you can use against the Democrats in the next election?" Wallace's question ASSUMES that voting for the health bill is a bad thing, and asks matter of factly if Pence plans to use this "obvious" weapon. Ugh.

Then again, Wallace wouldn't know a real journalist if one bit him in the butt.

with a copy of the Constitution in your freakin' hand no less!

Another classic moment of patriotic Republican intellect.

I'm glad that this passed, but nervous that it only passed by that many votes.

I love how there was literally only one republican representative who voted "yes" on this bill. Way to think for yourselves, people.
