From the November 9 edition of Premiere Radio Networks' The Rush Limbaugh Show:

Contrary to media hype, Sarah Palin is very unpopular
Why is Rupert Murdoch so clueless about Fox News?

We don't want the country they know... We don't want narrow-mindedness. We don't want bogotry. We don't want rampant greed. We don't want unnecessary wars.
Wooohooo...we win!
-Jon Stewart
If Rush continues to ardently claim that global warming is fake then he and Florida will be underwater in no time.
I get it now that the Repubs are the party of know.
Maybe conservatives should stop indoctrinating old teabaggers through Fox news and focus on the youth. It could be a new reality TV show. "Indoctrination Wars." Liberals and Conservatives battle for the minds of children in this two-hour live battle of the ideologies. Reps from the left and right fight in competitions on a desert island to see who gets to speak for an hour to a class of third-graders each week. Oh the ratings that would get!
The only thing I have on the walls of my living room is a 'pseudo-parchment' copy of the Constitution (and Bill of Rights)
Of course, I have a copy of a poster featuring the first ten Doctor Whos on my bedroom wall....
Of course, John Boner of OH couldn't even get the Preamble right, citing the Declaration of Independence when he said it was the Constitution, so I guess they don't set the bar very high, do they?
"The core problem is that authoritarian logic defines "liberty" in the context of a natural, God-given hierarchy. Freedom is -- by definition -- a direct function of social status. The higher your status, the more liberty you have to force lesser beings to do your will -- including the power to punish them for crossing you, and freedom from the fear that they can or will get back at you in return. (Whenever you hear conservatives talking about "freedom" and"liberty," remember this definition -- it's the codebreaker that allows you to hear the subtext of what they're really saying to each other.) This kind of "freedom" is, in the end, the only kind of liberty that really matters. Since any loss of status automatically dooms them to live under someone else's thumb, authoritarians will resist giving up power or control (which they see as their "rights") by any means necessary. Live free or die."
They are scared. Very, very scared. Obama scares them like nobody ever has. Why? Because he's showing the world just how backwards and ineffective conservatives are.
The louder Limbaugh and Beck and Ailes get, the more confident I am that the current administration is doing the right thing, and putting our country back on track.
"If we (wingnuts) succeed in 2010 you can kiss the country goodbye"
causing good but vunerable people to listen to the big puff of wind, and half way believing what is said, scared not to, just because they have been life long republicians.
There are manure spreaders, and then there are manure spreaders. No logic, no middle of the road sanity. Just ugliness, more and more ugliness. Fear baiting other good people who otherwise are sensiable people.
Thank u, I finially got that off my chest.
Welcome to the new, multiracial, muiltiethnic, multicultural and gender-equal America, Rush. Or -- as GOP National Chairman Michael Steele admitted in a TV interview about white Republicans' feelings toward himself -- are you too afraid to come out of your monocrhromatic shell?
By the way, you can watch Steele's interview here:
