Vermin in the media? At least he is being partly honest when it comes to Fox.

Ya gotta admit: it takes chutzpah for this guy to call anyone else, "vermin." Hang in there, Mikey, you're a laugh a minute.

It must be very easy to be a conservative. Everything is black and white. We are good; they are bad. Christianity is right; Islam is wrong. Capitalism is ethical; communism is evil. Homosexuality is sinful; abortion kills babies. America is never wrong; liberals hate America because they apoplogize and sympathize.
There is no moral ambiguity or gray area. How simple life must be to think like that...

Savage and his kind are simple people, so things must be simple for them. They live in a glass dome where everything is just as they want it. They thought that they were wrong once, but they were mistaken.

Savage has a PhD from Berkley. He's written about 25 books. Tell us, Cowboy, once again Savage is "simple".

Dang you libbies just keep steppen in it, don't ya.

OK, Savage is simple. Tell me how ghostwriting "25 books" makes one smart.

      *Sighs*

Savage will convince people to go on shootings sprees and then deny he got those people thinking that way. Psst. Hey Savage! Remember the man who went in a church in Tennessee shooting people because you wrote in your book that liberals are bad for America!?!?

Look dofuss, Savage didn't "convince" anyone to do anything. All he did was write a book. It surely isn't his fault libbies act out from reading a book! Or are you saying libbies are such lemmings they will act upon what the read?

Hey dofuss do your history first, before you embarass yourself with un-intelligent comment.

Here is some history for you: David Adkisson, a former private in the United States Army from 1974 to 1977, says that he was motivated by hatred of Democrats, liberals, African Americans and homosexuals . According to a sworn affidavit by one of the officers who interviewed Adkisson on July 27, 2008.
The following books were found in Adkisson's home during a police search:

Liberalism is a Mental Disorder by radio talk show host Michael Savage
Let Freedom Ring: Winning the War of Liberty over Liberalism by talk show host Sean Hannity
The O'Reilly Factor: The Good, the Bad, and the Completely Ridiculous in American Life by television talk show host Bill O'Reilly
In his manifesto, Adkisson also included the Democratic members of the House and Senate, and the 100 People Who Are Screwing Up America of Bernard Goldberg in his list of wished-for targets.

          Pawn'd!!

Why Mikey? Because they're not throwing an entire religion under the bus for the actions of one person? Because they're tempering their coverage, and trying to report out the facts of the story? Wow! That's really bad...

How about this. The reports that the shooter was yelling "God is Great!" have not been verified by the FBI, and it appears that they won't be.

How about this. The FBI also cannot tie this a radical Islamic group of any kind at all. They've looked for those connections, can't find them.

How about this. This guy was a crazed maniac who shot up a bunch of brave soldiers, and deserves to either get the death penalty, or prison for his remaining days for his actions, and he was deranged.

How about this. Mental health professionals sometimes, or lots of times, don't get help with their problems, which can lead to things like this. As in, they're taking in all of the bad things from their patients, which I'd have to believe, this guy heard a lot of bad stuff, and he doesn't heal himself. An excuse? No, but maybe a reason.

You guys want this to be a terrorist attack so bad, it's shameful.

        You'e right Mag.

I've got a big problem with the way most in the media have handled this.

The first report said that the shooter was dead and there were two others involved and they were in custody. And the coverage went downhill from there.

I doubt that anyone spoke to the media in an official capacity. I think they looked for anyone who had something to say and ran with their stories without any kind of verification.

That's not the way journalists work. But we don't really have journalists today. We have media outlets afraid of some other outlet reporting it first so everyone runs with whatever anyone is willing to say. And a big segment of the population believes whatever they hear first, regardless of how much debunking follows.

No wonder we have so many birthers, deathers and just plain moronic teabaggers out there.

perhaps the fbi and other agencies of jurisdiction are simply not divulging what they know, since abc news now reports the major tried to contact al qaeda... this doesn't prove he has ties to them, but clearly to speaks to where his sympathies lie...

terrorist?... a wannabe at best... crazed maniac?... in my unprofessional opinion, yes...

Ignorance really should be painful. ABC News used what, exactly, to corroborate their story? Did "some say" it, so they put it on the air? As a news "organization," Disney is right up there with Fox when it comes to lies, distortions and crap made up out of whole cloth.
