It's clear to me the president should resign over this...

He's humiliated his daughter, and, it seems to me, this is dangerously close to child abuse.

I would hope that good Christians would put in a call to DC Children's Services.

Wait a second...according to Rupert Murdick there are only 2 shows that are opinion and not news. How does this story qualify s news? Did half of this country stop sending kids to school about 30 or 40 years ago? What happened to the desire for critical thinking?

Obama made it news when he brought his daughters into the conversation. Wasn't that the standard every time that Sarah Palin mentioned her family.

Oh I forgot, different rules for dems, silly me.

Geez, so even when he doesn't have a problem with something, O'Reilly has to host someone who speculates that Obama has "hurt his child."

Now these nut jobs are accusing the President of the United States of being an abusive parent. What is next, report him to Department of Family and Children Services? It is amazing how they all of a sudden know what type of relationship the president and First Lady has with their children. Oh, btw, did she clear it with her 9 year old before she called him a liar on national TV?

This is just wrong. The world has made people need a book to raise children. Just make time to spend time with your kids and keep the TV off for as long as possible. Have one TV in the house so it's a family thing and do it naturally from there. How can people be convinced that they need that woman to help them?

I felt that when O'Reilly was talking about kids with the DS and Ipods he was talking about his kids. Children that hardly ever listen to their parents are the same kids that are making the rules. As long as parents set some boundaries and stick to them then there would be time created to communicate with your children.

It surprises me that this psychologist suggested that you need to say as little as possible to your children.

I believe communication is the bridge between differences.

Because it's illustrates the tabloid nature of Faux News! This clown calls himself the "king of cable news?" The O'Reilly Factor is devolving into O'Reilly's old show "Inside Edition." You should be embarassed to admit you watch this garbage.

I have never heard O'Reilly refer to himself as the "king of Cable news". Can you provide some proof of your statement?

Perhaps you should be embarassed to admit you just make up statements like that?

Actually, O'Reilly may not have called himself that, but he is referred to as "King of Cable News." And, since your crush is CONSTANTLY harping on his STELLAR ratings [which are DWARFED by the three broadcast networks and by reruns of Smallville on The CW], I'm betting that deep down, Bill BELIEVES he is King.

You really should try to watch something besides cable opinion television. There's a WONDERFUL world out there where the overwhelming majority of people DON'T watch.

um, because its a pointless segment and a typical ratings filler for oreilly. if he had no problem with the whole thing obama said, why would he do an entire segment on it with an "expert"?

however, in a strange irony, oreilly ends up making some sense in the conversation with the "expert", and she sounds like a moron. she is probably a really annoying mother.

My goodness. I told people that my daughter was elected student body president at Hueneme high school. Did I ruin her for life? I must have because she recently got a masters degree in biology. Oh the shame. How can I live with the idea that telling people that my daughter did something great may have caused a serious psychological problem.

I thought Bill O'Reilly was supposed to be commenting on politics. What is political about Pres. Obama's daughter changing her habits and getting a good grade on a test?

Yeah he did defeat Gore, as you obviously know it is electoral votes that elect the Pres. Therefore, Bush defeated Gore. Very simple.

But actually I was referring more to the flip-flopper than to Gore.

you make a point fairliberal, but i didn't say there were "only" conservative blonds on fox. i just asked where do they "find" all of the conservative blonds. there actually is a lot of former beauty pageant contestants, that are conservatives, like palin and carlson. my only question to you is, why are you sticking up for a news organization? do you take it personally when someone attacks fox news? is it because you identify with fox news politically? the glazed over blank stare was a low blow, i'll give you that. i'll retract it because it feeds into the stereotype that blond women are dumb, which isn't true.
