Pretending aside, Fox News' most dedicated viewers will, however, continue to believe it. If they're willing to believe than an Australian who became American citizen for the sole purpose of growing his media empire is the America's foremost purveyor of American patriotism, they'll believe just about anything.

Good question. On a prior item about this, two people who trumpeted Murdoch's ability to share Beck's lie of an opinion completely failed at answering that question. They wouldn't even hazard a guess while they claimed his and Beck's charge that the President is "a racist" is no big deal. My guess is that Murdoch and Beck think Obama is "racist" any time he mentions race when asked a question about race. That's their definition of racism.

      Well lets see shall we...
Obama said the cops are stupid when the police were involved but when a terrorist shots up a Army base he does not want US to jump to conclusions??????

He sides with a black man yet has NO facts in a obvious case of some one trying to incite a scene, yet when a man calls AL-Qaeda to see if he can help them that is OK?!?!? boy you people have your priorities bass ackwards.

        So?

He sides with a black man yet has NO facts in a obvious case of some one trying to incite a scene...
It wasn't some random black man, but someone the President knew personally. He gave his opinion and even appologized later for the "stupid" comment.

...yet when a man calls AL-Qaeda to see if he can help them that is OK?!?!?
That is not the information I have read regarding the contact that Hasan had with Al-Qeda. In fact everything I have read has said that he attempted to make contact but the reasons and nature behind that attempt are undetermined. The contact they have reported on is that with the Cleric Anwar al-Awlaki, and it is reported by investigators that the contact was consistent with research he was doing at Walter Reed Medical Center. Anything else at this point is really speculation.

boy you people have your priorities bass ackwards.
What priorities would that be, exactly?

You would have stood up for Charles Mansion to defend him if you thought it would gain you anything.

Of course they would be undetermined because of the political correctness that is KILLING this country. what happen to the days of calling things as you see them? Oh that is right you may "hurt" someones feelings, then get sued by some activist judge trying to invoke social justice because we are a "mean" country.

People need to grow up and learn to get on with life instead of blaming EVERYONE for all their failures. Take responsibility for your own actions and live with your mistakes and quit blaming everyone else!!!!

Obama did not say the cops were stupid . . . he said THE cop ACTED stupidly, which he did. The cop was the inciting factor in the case. When he found out that the man he was rousting LIVED and OWNED the home he was in, he should have turned around and walked out of the house instead of arresting him. It had nothing to do with the color of Gates' skin. It was the fact that he was IN HIS OWN HOME.

As for the Ft. Hood case . . . you are aware that this guy had been under investigation by the FBI for MONTHS before Obama became president, right? Why didn't Bush act on the information?

You're reaching and just parroting talking points you're hearing on Fox/hate talk radio. Try expanding your horizons and using your head. You might learn something.

Come on the man refuse to show proper id and instead of being thankful the cops were doing a complete job to PROTECT HIM AND HIS NEIGHBORS, he berated and badgered the cop and keep him from doing his job.

Omg that was soooooooo racist assuming that the cops acted stupidly when someone got arrested in their own house. So everyone who is was white and said that the cops were dumb when that man got arrested for indecent exposure in his own house were racist too? These are common sense things that most people think and assume. If you don't jump to conclusions, then you're not human. Acting on them is different and when you have preliminary facts to back up your assumption its hard not to assume.
Nothing Obama has said or done has been racist. This is just actual racist people looking at their own racism and trying to grasp at straws and justify why they personally hate Obama. You can say it's hypocritical to ask for something you don't do but that would be the pot calling the kettle black.

That got me off track but this proves that fox is "unfair and unbalanced" You would think that there would be some grown ups in management but it's really the blind leading the blind

I'm white. And I think it's stupid to arrest people for entering their own houses. There, a bunch of right-wing heads just exploded.
