I wish I could hear the audio. Is the headline accurate? If so that's hysterical! Having faith in our justice system makes you a dangerous radical? HA!

It this draft dodger trying to say that a guy who spent 31 years in the military is a left-wing, radical ideologue?

Rep. Sestak is a retired three star Admiral, the highest ranking General Officer serving in Congress. The Navy does not reward being a dangerous, left-wing, radical with even a single star. Further proof that Rush doesn't know what he is talking about. They are the same age, and while Admiral Sestak served his country and rose to a very high rank, Rush was bouncing around the country failing at radio and sports promotion jobs. He couldn't serve because he had a cyst on his backside and an arrest with a male prostitute.

I wish Rep. Sestak was a little MORE liberal.

I remember donating to his campaign in 2006 through Blue America.

He's honest in his beliefs though, and far better than the repuke he replaced (Curt Weldon).

I only saw him for the first time a week or two ago on Keith. I was blown away! I looked over and asked my husband if I had heard him correctly, and he was quite familiar with Rep. Sestak (which surprised me.) Hey, in these days, I'll take anyone with the chutzpah to even flirt with the L word!

Randi Rhodes had the same cyst on her backside, as did her sister. They both served four years in the U.S. Air Force.

Rush would call that the chickification of the military.

Kos served for four years, too, but Tom Tancredo took a pass due to depression. More chickenhawkishness, if you ask me.

I had something very similar. But never knew it could have prevented me from being drafted. Not until thirty years after I came home.

Which just goes to show you, repukes love to pay lip-service to our veterans, until one of them of does something politically inconvenient for republicans. Then it's time bring out the lynch-mobs. Think Jack Murtha, Wesley Clark, Max Cleland, Scott Beauchamp, Jimmy Carter, John Kerry and many many more who have been labeled traitors and worse.

Remember how quickly they threw Pat Tillman (post-mortem) under the bus?

Did they really? I was aware that one lieutenet insulted Tillman's family because they were Atheists. And I do know there were some wingnuts who were in denial when faced with Tillman's Atheism and opposition to the Iraq war.

Nevertheless, the list of examaples of right-wingers calling veterans traitors for having the wrong politics is quite lengthy.

Maybe I shouldn't have used that term, but as soon as some of Tillman's (and his families) views on the current wars, and religion came out, he went from hero to zero in record time with the rightys. Not so much insulting him, as suddenly ignoring him.

That's true, they seemed to have largely stopped mentioning him, as it would put them in the awkward position of praising a Bush-hating athiest.

Believing in the U.S. justice system makes one a dangerous, left-wing, radical idealogue. Who, even among the dittoheads, thinks this is actually a reasonable position? Joe Sestak is a former admiral, served with distinction in the military for over 30 years, and he's "dangerous." I think Rush means that Sestak is dangerous because anybody who is capable of anything close to critical thinking realizes that anybody who believes the crap being shoveled by the Republicans every single day is complete nonsense.

I wonder what sort of quivering shut-ins respond to all of this "radical" talk by the wingnut entertainers.

        I heard a great propaganda interview moment yesterday on Hugh Hewitt's show. After making stuff up about Obama for a few minutes, Hewitt asked his infomercial-style guest a closing question (paraphrased very closely);

So, is Obama merely incompetent, or a radical?

I sure did notice that you didn't mention Sustak is a retired 3 star admiral. Talk about not putting any context into anything. While you were busily avoiding military service, this guy was putting his life on the line for your sorry ass.

You are simply a loud mouthed, drug addicted, scum of the earth, bottom feeding, sorry excuse for a human being.
