I doubt it will be televised - this is just there lame reasoning to not do this. They say Lets leave the torture chamber open forever if they had any say in it. This argument is ridiculous - they conveniently ignore the fact that this happened under bush literally hundreds of times.

I meant to say the disease on Krauthammer's brain will be the eternal half of a terror attack.

One of the foundations of our country is its legal system. Our open system of justice should be a beacon (sorry for such a cliche) to the world. To have a fair, open and legal trial is our attack on the extremists and terrorists, not the other way around.

Next these critics of a fair trial will start telling us our elections are bad.

        They already have
        Acorn got Obama elected
        Acorn got Franken elected
Rush claimed Acorn was committing voter fraud in NJ before the elections happened
Obama was not elected by the majority of the people the media duped people into voting for him
Chicago poltics are the only thing that got Obama elected
Calls from the Right to change the senate election rules back to the way they were before when people couldnt popularly elect the senator they were appointed by the states

They already have said our elections are bad

A handful of people sympathetic to the plight of a fake hooker is evidence of massive electoral fraud? Rush claims the democrats stole an election they lost? The media duped the American public into being apprehensive about voting for a man who is sponsoring an Internet Freedom act he doesn't understand and a woman who gets her news on the world from newspapers she cannot name (but of which she reads a hearty selection)? Chicago accounts for 365 of the 538 votes in the electoral college? Democracy is best served by removing the people from senate races?

I love hearing people on the political right accuse people on the political left of being misinformed. Go ahead, tell me that I am the one lacking in education, I'd love to hear it.

that was the point. althought apparently everyone missed the fact that i was posting examples and not my opinion....

The right wing has been using empty talking points against the electorial system of this country for years.

so I disagree with the OP about the fact that the right will SOON start to tell us our system is corrupt they've already been doing it with every election they lost for near 6 years.

Shouldnt we be able to hear about Bush's methodology or what we dont already know? I would think that would be a good thing. Why hide these abuses? If they didnt want them revealed, they shouldnt have done it.

I dont think they will allow the terrorists to promote jihads. THats ridiculous and up to the media to prevent if no one else.

This is how the justice system works. Just another way to attack oBama - Ignore the fact that this was done under the Bush administration plenty of times.
