      Well he visited the right country. I bet just about everybody he met in Japan bowed to him. Including the emperor.

      Bowwing in Asia is the same as our handshake and is a sign of respect. This is not the same as bowwing to an Eurapian king or queen. These idiots do not get this. They would cause a war over lack of respect.

        Then explain why he bowed to the king of Saudi Arabia. Oh yeah, it was because there was something on the floor. Right.

        It shows WEAKNESS. This should not be a partisan criticism of him. Other than Nixon making a slight bow to Hirohito, no president has ever bowed to ANYONE, let alone twice in the same year!

          Respect is something not wanted by the right. If it was not they would not put down every person that disagrees with them in a personal way.
          The bow is respect not sucking up like it is to Rush.

        I know this because I lived in Japan. I was in the US Navy and even saw officers in civilian attire bow to Japanise and othe Asian people. This was taught to all in intercultural relations class (manditory). Therefore the President was showing respect.

      Really, President Obama wants to be bowed to, and you know this because? I guess if President Obama wants to be bowed to must also mean that President Bush must be gay because he smooched up the Saudis. I can deal with that French kiss on the cheek stuff, but not the mouth! (And no, I don't think that for a minute about President Bush, I am just disgusted that Fox makes an issue of one and ignores the other, more intimate gesture.)

      Come on Rush stop this stupidity. Does it really matter that Obama bowed and shook hands? You are going to find a way to criticize him regardless.
      Most of what you say is far from the truth because you are racist and racist people speak out of ignorance, stupidity and hate.
      Have you noticed that the constant attacks and criticism of Obama (a black man) is not as effective as it was in the past? You want to know why that is Rush? It's because you are NOT SELECTIVE in your criticism of Obama.

        That was the biggest reason I wanted Obama to win so I could watch Hanniy's, O'Reilly's and Limbaugh's collective heads explode. It's been pretty cool watching and listening to these guys come unhinged. What will they do if he gets re-elected? What then? I love it.
