        My disgust for this man could not be lower. This is not some hypothetical analogy. The "young girl" he refers to is an actual person who suffered severe abuse and degradation.

        I read a funny thing on Wikipedia today:

        On October 20, 2008, Rachel Maddow, on The Rachel Maddow Show, proposed a corollary to Godwin's law stating that as the amount of time a liberal candidate is believed to be winning an election or argument increases, the probability that they will be labeled a communist or a socialist approaches one.

        Looks like she needs to update that cause now Obama is a child rapist for trying to give millions access to the system.

        Roman Polanski is a child rapist. The government is trying to give people health care. There is no comparison.


        What kind of world do we live in that such an incredibly obvious point ever needs to be made? How does GB get away with something like this?

      obama is like the enola gay and we're like the residents of hiroshima about to be vaporized

      Ah good, a metaphor about pedophilia. I was wondering where we'd stoop yet.

      Think about this, gang: we've got at least THREE MORE YEARS of Obama's presidency left, and these guys have only gotten consistently wackier. By 2011, Beck is going to broadcasting from a bunker 30,000 feet below the floor of the Gulf of Mexico.

      The largest of the unfunded liabilites is Health Care. It needs to be reduced and that is the main reason Health Reform in needed. Without any kind of reform I'm sure those liablities will simply continue to increase.

      So, what's the problem with reform?
