Joe's a much better host than anyone on Fox.

The culture of lying that the right has perpetuated is being called out somewhat by Joe-Joe. He may be the only one that realizes the overall damage it can cause.

It was inexcusable to get it wrong the first time. We've tried foreign terrorists dozens of times. A pundit with a national audience ought to have such basic knowledge in advance, and nobody should make a claim like that without first making sure they know it's correct.

But I will give Scarborough credit for correcting his mistake. I see it as a sign of strength to be able to face being proved wrong and not dig in further, like Dobbs and O'reilly.

Nice job, Joe. I predicted he would do this yesterday (not to brag). It is nice to know we can count on him to get it right in the end.

I like Joe Scarborough. I don't always agree with him, but I think he's reasonable, and he's good about correcting himself when he says something incorrect.

For all Scarboroughs faults, he does have a few redeeming qualities, and he seems to slowly go more toward the redeeming, making him probably the only conservative pundit I see who has that trend in '09.

Its nice to know at least some conservatives have to nerve to admit they are wrong when they insert foot into mouth. Good Job Joe Joe.

On NPR yesterday, a conservative (who actually seemed quite reasonable), attempting to back off such a sweeping characterization, said no terrorists captured abroad have been tried in Federal court. When the other commentator responded with the case of Kahn Mohammed, convicted in Federal court in D.C. in May '08, he changed the subject. Old habits die hard.

Poor Mika, she has to sit and watch Joe all morning and gets so little opportunity to be heard. Ninety percent of the time we see her only in profile, because she's listening to him pontificate, just like the rest of us.

My wife always misses the big plays, big scenes etc on tv, because, as she says, "I was watching you." She is implying that I dominate the conversation in our living room. Joe does, too.

Sorry...Fox would love Scarborough and his little puppet, Mika....primarily because Joe is the only one who can out-'IT'S ALL ABOUT ME ME ME' O'Reilly.
