I reality this helps our national security because it shows we live by our Constitution and apply it to everyone. This conters the claim that we pick and choose who is covered by the Constitution.

I suspect that the thumber(s) simply read the name/icon for the poster and automatically click 'down'. Back on the Border Patrol and horses thread, I simply pointed out that the CBP uses horses and made a (deliberately lame) joke, and got a TD.

OMG! He actually wants to put accused terrorists on trial? What's next? Talking to our enemies instead of invading them without provocation?

Suck it up, fatso, your OPINION doesn't count, LAWS are in place!!

We people who live and work in Manhattan have had 'terrorists' on trial before and they're all peacefully housed, locked up 24/7 in our SUPERMAX PRISONS.

I wonder if anyone on faux or AM radio knows SUPERMAX PRISONS do not permit prisoner contact, hence, no OMG 'terrorist indoctrination' by the new convicts who may or may not be on DEATH ROW!

Earth to Mark Levin: law enforcement is the purview of the USAG -- not national security. Part of that law enforcement entails trial by jury.

Holder "worse" than Mitchell? Did I miss something? I don't recall Holder being convicted and sentenced to prison for conspiracy and obstruction of justice . . .

Every suspect at Guantanamo should've been already tried and, if the evidence against them is credible, convicted and sentenced. What is the purpose of holding somebody indefinitely without any formal charges against them? Also, I'm tired of hearing the argument that we're going to spend tax dollars trying them in US courts. How much are we spending to house and feed them now? How much are we spending on prison guards and administrators? Don't we have to pay Cuba for the use of their property, too? I would like somebody to give a rational explanation why they are opposed to these suspects having trials, whether it's in the US or not.
