Mr. Beck, why don't you march your butt into the Capitol and do it yourself. Why do you always need someone to do it for you? Isn't this your America also? Bring your charts.

Hopefully, you are talking about politically and not physically. Please clarify.

He's either joking or he's serious, I'm going to assume he's serious, in which case, he's asking people to bring guns to the Capitol to stop health care reform. He'd be ok it's done through violence. He's a total whack job.

Glenn Beck is too cowardly to do such a thing... besides, he is probably hoping that one of his listeners would be crazy enough to try something stupid, so that he can distance himself from it claiming he is not to blame or some such cowardice act.

Although, I suspect Glenn will fake a cry at some point to push the issue of... we need to deal with this insurance thing and find a way to end it all... without being specific

Like Bernie Goldberg had no blame in any way shape or form for writing that sick book (100 people destroying America) of his that the guy (who shot up that church last year) had at his house.

Bill's confrontational nature is not to blame either in some small way, even though Bill is that way every night if someone freaks out at their wife or children or co-workers... I won't even get into Dr. Tillers murderer... oops... too late!

With all the veiled threats against liberalism/Democrats/moderate Republicans/or basically, anyone not a right-wing thug... it is only matter of time before something real ugly happens

I can only imagine the collective right-wing heart attack if ever there is a person (who has a book by Thom Hartmann or Paul Krugman at home or in hand or MMfA in their "Favorites Folder" or pick your liberal/progressive) who goes out and shoots up a place... rest assured they would be looking to blame liberalism and that author until their eyes popped out of their heads!

It's destroying the good health care and having us all wallow in misery? My freedom is at stake? These people in Washington don't understand who they're dealing with? The President of Iran is writing our health reform legislation? Whoa! Slow down, man. You're gibbering.

Debate?! Glenn, you've had nine months to debate health reform, and what have you done? You've lied, and nothing else, and continually.

Must? Who are you to tell me what I must do? You realize health reform is cheaper than the war in Iraq, right? And might actually be of some benefit to us as a nation? No? No. That's right. You're lost in your land of delusion now.

If Glenn Beck has any real friends left, I strongly urge you to have him involuntarily committed for a psych review. He's lost his mind. It's not even that he's paranoid and delusional. At this point, it sounds like he's completely lost touch with reality, and, to be frank, I believe he is a danger to himself as well as others.

This guys idea of debating an issue is shouting down any opposition. The America these people want back has never existed.

And if he's not willing to sit a table to discuss differences what alternative is he suggesting? More war?

I hope the President is in a safe place for the next few days. They thought they could kill it by slowing it down but it's going down sooner than they ever thought. Actually I hope all Senators who are likely to vote in favor of the bill must have protection. The end of the Republicans is coming and they will fight to the last breath.

Frankly, the way things have been in recent years, I wouldn't mind the end of America as I've known it.

A very different America is exactly what I'd like to see. You know, the kind of America where sick people can see a doctor.

America has some of the best health care in the world. Why are we going to revamp the entire system so 16 million will be insured? I could take the whole thing a bit more seriously if tort reform had a role and the bill was made available on-line for review.

I agree 100 percent. I guess old Glennie loves a country that lets 44000 people die every year because they can't afford to see a doctor. I for one would love to see my country have medical care for all of its people, even including old Glennie.

The leftys are hyperventilating over the idea of what government bureaucratic control would mean for Americans, actually getting exposed. Palin's use of 'death panels' was perfect because it showed what a bureaucrat would do with their role of dispensing health care, the results would mean that care would be provided or not, given a set of circumstances, age of patient, cost, prognosis, cost, availability, cost.... did I mention cost? This idea of restricting screenings with a cost-value formula decided by bureaucrats is giving Americans a glimpse of what obamacare would do to us and the leftys fear this kind of information making its way into the country's lexicon.

Today Jim Quinn described the goal of progressives and marxists is to re-distribute everything. We first think of wealth redistribution but he included obamacare as redistribution of life, your life. To deny you the opportunity to have a cancer screen is not only about bringing down the cost of health care, it's about redistributing your own life for the good of the system. Progressive obamacare is redistribution of your life to someone else.

      Speaking truth to/about progressives...

proudconservative, every time an insurance company decides to cover you or not, they are using cost effectiveness formulas. Every time they refuse to cover a procedure or a new drug, they are making those types of decisions. And they don't have to tell anyone why, because it is their bottom line. If you had a government panel doing that, you can bet the someone would force the government to make their formula public before the first decision was made (I don't have a problem with that.) Government involvement always results in regulations about transparency.

"Progressive obamacare is redistribution of your life to someone else."

Congrats, you've got nearly all the talking points down. Delivery's a little off, though.

Anyway, if you're laboring under the illusion that you are or ever have been in control of your own health care, you're an idiot.

The insurance companies have -- and always have had -- "health panels" that decide which of your medicines and treatments they will cover. You cannot simply choose your health care from a menu of options.

My wife is one of those health panel people. But I'll ask her to keep an eye out for "proudconservative" to make sure you get everything you need.

THIS GUY IS A COMPLETE AND UTTER IDIOT. What won't he say? I BET IF ONLY WHITE PEOPLE BENEFITED FROM UNIVERSAL AFFORDABLE HEALTHCARE HE WOULDN'T HAVE A PROBLE WITH IT.
Rush Limbaugh, another idiot, scare white people by saying "Obama's Healthcare Reform is nothing but redistribution". Despite financial hard times and potential health problems in the future gullible Tea-nuts actually say no to affordable Healthcare, even though their hero has good healthcare coverage.
Racist people can not rationalize what they say because they speak out of ignorance, stupidity and hate.
Those who listen to Rush and Beck are even scarier because it is one thing to hate someone, but it is another thing to join a fight against something that would be beneficial to you.
Glen Beck, Rush Limbaugh and Fox News' fans are down right stupid.

I swear, the more I hear him, the more it makes me think he must be getting paid specifically to lobby against health-care. By whom? I don't know, let's whip out the chalkboard.

Vegas has odds on whether reform passes, I'm sure, I'm going to theorize that ol' Becks has a HUGE amount of money riding on health-care reform not passing and that's why he's so gung-ho.

Seriously, Becks will have GREAT health-care no matter what. I don't think he's truly concerned about what health-care the "little" people have, otherwise he'd be all for true reform. And he's not. Therefore, there must be a hidden factor driving all that massive, heated rhetoric.

Is it because he raped and murdered a girl in 1990? I don't know. I'm just a regular guy asking questions. Are Republican Senators paying for his voice & his massive audience? The American people want answers Glenn. Don't be a commie, tell us what's really going on.
