All of these traitors know exactly why the trial(s) are being held in New York and not Guantanomo. They yell repeatedly that's it's political? You betcha' it's political. I mean, what with Obama's warrantless wiretapping of US citizens, suspension of the writ of habeas corpus, extraordinary rendition without trial, outing of a covert CIA agent for political retribution, support of the idea of the "unitary executive" . . .

It doesn't bother you that Bush never brought these people to trial? Of course not.
Do you ever think about why Bush didn't bring them to trial? Maybe it's because of their own criminal attivities. They waterboarded the man damn near to death. I'm sure that was enough to tell anybody what they wanted to hear.
What is stupid about your augument is that they are going to get a trial and during trial people are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Not only that but people have a right to defend themselves. If you are sure they are so guilty, why are you worried?

Considering the history of this nation...

We are all complicit in the many and various crimes of our government and the corporations we have allowed to commit. The many crimes we have committed in the name of democracy but in reality for profit.

Anyone who believes that this nation is not capable as being as evil as those who we claim to be our enemies are fools!

It starts with the corporations and their dirty money and ends with a CIA with little conscience and even less care for the true decency that this nation has yet to truly earn.

I love this nation and everything it is capable of... but I fear that until we collectively grow up, this nation is doomed to fail.

Because if this nation is to live on by ignoring its past crimes and misdeeds... we do not deserve to exist as a nation.

These idiots want to fault Obama for something so they blame him for everything. Eric Holder is the Nations Attorney General, not Obama, but Rush can't accept that the decision was made by Holder because he wants to further his attacks and criticism on the President.
We black people needs to somehow let him know that this can not continue. We were able to do something about Don Imus, we should be able to strike fear into Rush Limbaugh.
