The guy who said to ask the 40 million or so people without health care about rationing, hit the nail squarely on the head.

The people who keep bringing up rationing are of course the folks who can afford any kind of health care with or without insurance. You actually think that Steve Forbes cares one wit about the cost of health care? What he may have to wait a week to have an ingrown toenail fixed? Give me a break.

I noticed that the MacDonald woman, brought up 2 ex congressmen that have been convicted. How about the health care insurance companies who have paid millions and millions to settle violations of federal law. Guess that doesn't count in her way of life.

These fear mongering right wing crackpots have to be the most selfish, self centered people around.

We're not going to have national health care. That would be single payer, which was thrown out before the debate even began, before the legislation was even written.

They have it in England, Mr. Forbes, but you do not cite where it exists in this legislation. You've erected a strawman. Fail.

We already have rationing, from insurance execs. Part of health reform is a reduction of rationing. Ms. MacDonald, you cite no evidence, but claim it will cause more rationing. In Britain doesn't have any more bearing on this debate than on Mars does. And, it's dangerous for FauxCons like you to start down the 'corrupt politician' road.

Goods are scare in socialism but not capitalism? So, the fundamental 'buy low-sell high' cornerstone of your religion is what? A lie? The only way it works is if you buy it somewhere plentiful and sell it somewhere scarce. Otherwise, it's a fail, unless you control the entire market, and monopolies aren't capitalism, they're tyranny. Sadly, most Americans live under the tyranny of their insurance companies, in which a majority of the local market is controlled by a single giant health insurance brand.

Even for FOX Propaganda, this is a lot of misinformation in a short span.

Notice at the 24 to 32 second mark as Forbes speak: * This program contains the strong opinions of its participants which are not a reflection of the opinions of either Forbes or Fox News and should "NOT" be "RELIED" upon as investment "ADVICE" when making personal investment decisions. *

So, Forbes and FoxNews will NOT "support" what Steve Forbes and FoxNews (Guests) have stated here about HealthCare Rationing. And, Viewers are to ONLY rely on what Steve Forbes and FoxNews state about investments because this is what Forbes and FoxNews WILL "support". Huh? Sounds like "crazy" talk just so they can be "against" HealthCare Reform, LOL.

It is breathtaking to see the hypocrisy of purported capitalists like Mr Forbes and the Fox host who cannot seem to wrap their minds around the need to rationalize the distribution of limited health care resourses At the same time they demand that labor markets, manufacturing, and finance must be "rationalized".
I agree with other commentators here that they lack understanding of the fear and anxiety that health insurance and health care inspire in people who are less fortunate than them. It is not just a "FAIL" it is a failure of empathy and a failure of empathy that leads to inaction.

Why didn't Fuchs Noose interview the little 6 year old girl in Arkansas about rationing? She was born without ear canals, and needs a new hearing device, but the insurance company keeps refusing to pay for because it isn't "medically necessary." This child is at the top of her kindergarten class academically, but won't be much longer if she doesn't get the device. It will affect her ability to continue learning to read and speak because she won't be able to hear sounds.
While these dummies keep talking against hc reform, millions of people like this little one is going without proper health care.
