Savage also says, "[W]e said the Republicans were corrupt, and we were right. ... But the Republicans, compared to the Democrats, are almost a party of angels when you actually think about what these people are doing."

The mafia refferances are not good coming from a person like this who is a bully at best.

Yes, a Republican Party of angels, who disappear people to be tortured, who pay billions to firms that kill and maim U.S. soldiers and rape American citizens abroad, who take 'wide stances' in airport restrooms, fly to South America on Father's Day leaving their family behind to spend time with their mistress all the while crying up family values. Why don't they just call it the Grand Old Hypocrisy Party? Too painfully honest?

I think the Sopranos were famous for more than spending money. And do the American people really have disgust for politicians who work weekends?

Unlike a lot of Americans, I actually watched most of the precedings in both the House and Senate discussion of the Health Care bill. The debate and vote was over in the Senate by 9:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (6:00 PM in California), with Al Franken bringing down the gavel, and apparently no one other than aides and Sherrod Brown in attendence. The Senate will not resume until Tuesday, December 1st. There is no Midnight Saturday session scheduled for this week. Granted, the House did stay up past 11:00 PM two weeks ago. I watched from 11:00 AM until the end. It should be noted that the Republicans gave the Democrats and John Dingle a very hard time around 11:00 AM, they repeatedly interrupted and obstructed the Democrats speaking and were disrespectful to Acting Speaker Dingle. As to allegations of Mafia style theft, well, the Reagan Era trend of contracting out has continued to the point that we can't go to war without contractors to carry out the most basic functions of our military. We can't feed a service member, bed them, or bath them without a contractor to build the facility. Under current circumstances, Patton's famed "Red Ball Express" would be a contractor operation today. I wonder how George and Ike would say about that?

HAHAHA! Having 60 votes in a cloture vote is "classic gangland fashion." Weiner sure loves democracy.

Michael Weiner needs to have his citizen ship revoked and sent to Israel where he belongs. I'm sure that the Israeli government would love to hear his anti-Obama rhetoric.

Yeah. I guess the two illegal wars, rich tax cuts, and poor economy was just handed to us nicely? Hmm Savage?
