"A lot of people".........or the infamous "some say" - yeah the attacks on america and americans have nothing to do with occupying countries, killing their people, supporting "dictators", etc.

Yes, blame political correctness as the main reason for this incident. Considering the people who put forward this theory have no insight on what really happened or the causes why, I will listen to them. Why not blame 9/11 on political correctness as well, you would probaby say we didn't want to offend the perpetrators by doing a thorough search or appearing to profile, right?

Really? It couldn't have just been grotesque negligence? Please explain how our military can believe allowing homosexuals to serve will kill us all and still be into "political correctness" (which is a fictional concept invented by College Republicans who get caught wearing blackface to Halloween parties.)

Nah, I think it was willful negligence due to political correctness.

And don't pretend like there is no such thing as political correctness.

You still haven't addressed why, if the military are all PC skirt-wearing nancies (not bold armchair soldiers like you), they still won't let gay people serve.

How in the world is any branch of the military "politically correct"?

You know how nearly impossible it is to plead insanity and actually be found criminally insane. It is extremely hard. The defendant must prove by clear and convincing evidence that this guy has a disease of the mind in which he had no idea of the consequences and the nature and quality of the act he was committing and is incapable of distinguishing between right and wrong. Such burden of proof is highly unlikely especially for a psychiatrist in the military who was about to ship off to active duty without any warning screams of mental collapse. The key here is not know the nature of the crime or the consequence - thus, the criminally insane would shoot somebody to watch them patch up the hole in their skin or cut a head off to watch the victim find the head afterwards. This MUST be happening at the time of the murders.

It is so hard to be found guilty by reason of insanity that an insanity plea is even an extremely rare occurrence. The rules are clearly defined and extremely strict after the case of John Hinckley (Reagan's attempted assassin)

These 'subs' know perfectly well what they are spewing on air: lies and right-wing crap. I seriously doubt any of these clowns are clueless to what they say. So no... I think they are interviewing for a full time job when an opening arrives!

Why is the "right" so flippant with the rape? If we said this about them during shrubby's reign, they would have practically stampeded one another to decry our fearmongering.

It's because they consider actual rape little more than a petty annoyance to the victim, and so they equate it with all THEIR petty annoyances, i.e. the president being a member of the wrong party and having a funny name.

I always knew Obama had a purpose to serve more than just becoming the first black president. All the hatred that had been suppressed and hidden for all these years has finally surfaced. We will soon be able to determine what drives this intolerance in the world. The right is feeling very comfortable with expressing their feeling towards other humans.
