The California Attorney General has asked that the PI give him the documents.

That's what the PI should have done from the start - when he found the documents, he had an obligation to protect the information on the documents, even if ACORN messed up. He didn't have the right to give it to Breitbart's BigGovernment site!

He's had them for more than a month!

Organizations like ACORN have an obligation to let clients know if the client's security has been breached. So ACORN needs to be able to see the documents, as does the Attorney General's Office, to find out if the PI did something wrong by keeping them.

Instead, this guy posted them online!

And, this guy is NOT just some PI. It looks like he's a Republican who unsuccessfully ran for public office! He didn't even win a third of the vote.

The only thing that could possibly be better for Obama than Palin being the GOP nominee in 2012 would be if Cheney got the GOP nomination. That would be a GOP implosion.

So 66,880,000 people who voted for the President in the last election are encapable of loving their country. Do you feel that way about every serviceman and woman who currently fight for our country as people who do not love their country if they voted for Obama? Do you feel that way about every person who volunteers their time and money to help their neighbors if they voted against your candidate?

Somehow, I seriously doubt that you really feel that way and are intentionally being antagonistic. In fact I am willing to bet that their are people in your own life, maybe even in your own family, who you love and admire who voted for the democratic party in the last election.

Cheney seriously the entire country hates you. Both the left and the right would happily punch Dick in the face right now if they had the chance. He was pure scum. The lowest of the low. Did you know just days after katrina hit, that human garbage told them to reroute the electric current from the two hospitals in Louisiana it was going to (that were taking care of the victims of Katrina) to an oil pipeline despite protests from the company and the tech he told to do it. Can you be any more abysmal than that. OOOH i all of a sudden forgot how to read my own hand writing or when I wrote it. Remember that little gem? No doubt in my mind, cheney is going to burn in hell. That man is evil!

(I added the period, since you're evidently not capable.)

If you really want your conservative arguments to be taken seriously, why would you post such an asinine and vacuous comment?

Or are you just dropping the proverbial dead cat in the Kool Aid and then running away like a coward?

You can report the comment as a troll post, you know. If you think it's off topic, then report it as such.

I believe that's the only way to get it removed. After a post gets a bunch of thumbs down, you could report it and mention all the thumbs down in the comment field.

So, I never really got the gist of the accusation. The "SCANDAL". What is the scandal. It looks like someone broke into a dumpster after hours on private property, had to scale or cut into a chain link fence to do it. The documents were thrown away in the trash. There is NO law that you have to shred your documents. None what so ever. This man basically stole information and has it in his possession. He should be charged accordingly. Is THAT the scandal?

This is unbelievable!! No this idiot did not go into the dumpster looking for incriminating evidence against Acorn. Not only that this fool said he left the scene and came back to look in the dumpster.

Funny how none of you leftists had a problem with Sara Palin's emails being hacked or "stolen" last year isn't it. The degree of hypocrisy from the left is so obvious to normal thinking folks. I am convinced my horses have more logic.

Actually, I know that I and a few of my liberal friends were quite adamant about the theft of those e-mails being a clear violation of her privacy and rejected whatever these e-mails said as any kind of evidence against her for the reason that they were obtained in a questionable manner. I can't speak for the other people here, but the theft of her e-mails, like the theft of any documents obtained in illegal and questionable matters, loses any and all credibility with me.

I don't care if it's ACORN, the Climatic Research Institute, or Sarah Palin; obtaining private documentation in this manner breaks any chain of evidence that you may have because anything can be inserted, forged, or even omitted and therefore can hardly be taken as evidence of any kind.
