I don't recall people like Michelle Malkin calling ACORN an "Alleged Criminal Enterprise"
Whenever i saw her on Fox News she called ACORN a "Criminal Enterprise"

If i was running ACORN i would be Conferring with my Attorney.

Nah, the law's pretty much the law. Evidence, etc., can be overruled or admitted which affect the outcome of a trial, but the fact is . . . the law is the law.

Members caught on tape doing disturbing things

If doing disturbing things on tape are illegal, then why isn't Doocy doing 15 to 20 year stretch somewhere?

Let's see, some ACORN employees continued talking to people in a polite, civilized manner when the people were there to deceive them and pretend they were going to commit a crime, and they taped the ACORN employees without their knowledge or consent, then they lied about it on TV and embarrassed the employees, some of whom lost their jobs even though they didn't fill out any paperwork for the pimp and the hooker. In the meantime, Faux Frenimies got all upset about the poor little Salvador child hookers that didn't exist outside the dirty minds of these liars, trying to pass themselves off as journalists. Yep, Fox is definately guilty of some crimes, they aided and abetted this pimp and his prostitute and their scheme to bring in the underaged child prostitutes. That's a couple of crimes right there.............Oh, you meant that ACORN was guilty of crimes? Nah, don't think so.

Who knows what that means? After all, it was STEVE DOOCY who said that, and he's several IQ levels below Caribou Barbie and Dan Quayle.

It means that people like Doocy, who have no concept of what the law is or what it stands for, think that thinking differently from themselves and the lockstep GOP should be a prosecutable offense.

No Doocy it not "some crying fowl", it's Fox News crying fowl. It was Fox News who set out to discredit Acorn by ochestrating a sting operation.
Fox News was HOPING Acorn was found guilty of a crime.

Oh , of course that settles it in the mind of all good libs. Acorn has exonerated themselves. Bravo, now that is concrete evidence to some. Maybe we should inform Congress of the developments.
