Well at least they are not the cheerleaders for the Obama camp. He has no balls and refuses to to fight a war like a war, that was my problem with Bush.
We have all these modern weapons and we are letting a bunch of uneducated, rock throwing rejects basically dictate the rules of engagement. We should have carpet bombed them for 30 days straight 24 hours a day. They then would have thought twice about doing it again.

You are an ignoramus. Remind me of the last war we fought without rules on engagement?

Yet again, here's another incompetent moron who actually thinks war is easy, just like america's so called military strategists you have no idea about war, if the place couldn't be taken and/or held in the past history then why try now. More than likely you think were over there for resolving their issues, were not, america sees dollar bill signs and oil don't sell yourself short.

          PS
You voted for Bush, don't even try to deny it.

For one thing, you are very stupidly advocating what can pretty easily be described as criminal behavior.

Secondly, I just have to say thank God you're not in charge. People who have studied counter-insurgency thoroughly have come to the conclusion that bombing people and indiscriminantly killing the innocent with the guilty only increases our problems in the area. I know it may come as a surprise to you, but it is not so easy to just bully people into not hating or resenting you, which is prime recruiting material for our enemies.

What you are really ironically advocating is aid and comfort to our enemies. Why do you hate America?

how about darth dick and bush co. letting bin laden go when he was in the crosshairs of a bunch of special forces snipers. none of this would be necessary if someone had taken a shot at him. but no one in that administration wanted to let a chance for a war of opportunity go to waste so bin laden was let go.

Bush declared victory in the war against Afghanistan (or Iraq) over 5 years ago and yet war continue in both places.
The media have yet to get a clear understanding what victory means from the people who started the wars.. and now they want to hear the word "win" and "victory" by those who want to put it to an end?
It is not President Obama's job to define a war he opposed from the beginning. Fox News has corrupted the main-stream media with this kind of foolishness.
The fact is there is no need to use the words "win" and "Victory" considering over 4 thousand American soldiers have lost their lives.
Someone needs to answer for the cause of war and all those deaths; now that is something the media should focus on.

By the way -- since this segment decided to add some snark at the end about Obama only escalating the troop levels by 30,000 when McChrystal wanted 40,000 -- here is a yearly chart of troop levels in Afghanistan.

      http://www.cbsnews.com/blogs/2009/12/01/politics/politicalhotsheet/entry5855314.shtml

While there may be something here to upset those who don't believe we should be there at all, our present troop levels under Obama are twice as high as they ever were under Fox's hero Bush, and that is before any new troops added by the upcoming "surge."

Fox is being purely political here, but then what else is new?

Obama got help from NATO, something Bush squandered away, and that help will bring us up to 40,000.

So McCrystal is getting the 40,000 troops he wanted.

      "Who let the dogs out."

      "Go on, make my day."

"Say 'hello' to my little friend."

"I dare you to knock this battery off my shoulder."

These people are showing their lack of intelligence and a passable vocabulary. Mr. Obama used the HARD words "victory" and "success" in his speech. If these lamebrains had knowledge of vocabulary, they would know that those two words actually mean the SAME THING as "win."

Guess it was just too hard for them to understand.
