I always thought it was the job of a Senator to look out for the people of their states.

I live next door in Colorado.Maybe we can get a great deal too.Perhaps they can come over and steal our wind and sun and exploit it for energy. That'll teach us commie liberals.Hopefully,in 2010 ,faux nous will fold and an independent news network will replace it.

Fuchs Noose entertainers really need to be more aware of what is going on in Congress instead of regurgitating the daily GOP talking points sent to them in emails. Only someone who is as dumb as a rock (my apologies, rocks) would not know by now about Nelson's concern about medicaid reimbursement payments for his state.

Isn't this rule 101 for Senators to "negotiate" the "BEST" deals for their States at ALL times? So, hats off to ANY Senator that placed their State's interests above their political Party and got the BEST deal for their Voters.

When these same Democrat and Independent Senators say how they "fought" for their State's interests and got it, then ALL of America will AGREE. But, what will Americans read when they google the Republican Senators fight for NEW Legislation on HealthCare Reform? No, no, no, no - period. Yeap, Republicans brought home to their States a style of Nay-Sayers. These Nay-Sayers said "NO" to NEW Legislation that will affect their Districts, and nothing else. These Nay-Sayers said "NO", and boy this really showed Washington. Just ask Republican Senators McCain and Kyle about the goodies they both got for Arizona as true Republican Nay-Sayers to HealthCare Reform. Uh, oh. Not even a lousy t-shirt. Oh, no. LOL.
