He's the second or maybe third string of the right wing blowhards. I think he's syndicated in maybe a half dozen cities. It's hard to tell, because his website (warroom.com) list's a bunch of stations with non-existent websites or when you go to a link his program no longer runs on that station. Guess they don't want to admit how small his audience is.

The problem with being second or third string is that in order to get attention you need to be even more out in lala land.

Yeah, a local guy named Schnitt is particularly vile. He loves alliteration of endless streams of hateful adjectives...

Quinn is the type of guy who talks and talks about people doing this and people doing that but does nothing but talk.
Can't really blame him for being the jerk that he is...it is his listeners. He is big on the trucker driver circuit.

What about the authorization of the Patriot Act or the misinformation said that took us into a war so we can control oil fields in Iraq that were nationalized by the country's people, because coporations were getting greedy and too powerful.

      That should start revolutions Quinn.

Is it true that Harry Reid added 3000 pages to the senate version of the bill a few hours before the vote? And this will dictate our healthcare in the future?

I know this guy's not explicitly saying "Grab your guns & kill the government. Obama first." At what point, though, does inflammatory speech turn into outright sedition? How far is he from crossing that line? He may not have anything remotely close to the audience that Rush has, but it's still there and these people are listening for a reason. Do the authorities really need to wait for some maniac with a gun to fire the first shot?

The same type of idiot said this about social security, medicare, medicaid, etc. What has changed since those earlier times is that these people are now getting their views heard in the mainstream. We have a whole cable network that gives these nuts a platform; Beck and Limbaugh go on Leno and are deemed by popular magazines and TV hosts as some of the year's most interesting people. Years ago, these people were living on the fringes, going to John Birch Society meetings and the like. It is hard to understand why this is now so, since statistically they constitute a small minority of the people (although in their twisted minds, in bizarro land, they represent most of the country).

Yea - all those great successful government programs... What is the rate of return on your social security investment??? You would be better off putting you money under your bed. What medical provider denies the most claims every year?
