Yep . . . when you have the first blizzard warning ever recorded in certain areas of West Texas, it's proof that global warming aka global climate change is very real. The sad thing is that Doocy's fans don't understand the difference between climate and weather. Surely Doocy, the weather guy, does.

Cheers on your White Christmas, bintx! Snow as novelty can be fun, if problem inducing (traffic!). Here in the Midwest, it was a White Christmas as well, though we no longer get the kind of snowfall I remember from growing up in the 70s, and it never seems to stick around as long, either.

And, no, if Doocy knows the difference between climate and weather, he fails to demonstrate that knowledge, so I'm going to have to say he does not grasp that there is a distinction. Hardly surprising. If you're going to pay someone to lie, the most convincing are those who fall for the lie themselves. Kinda makes you wonder what FOX Propaganda staff meetings look like, huh?

Fox & Friends is like a daily dose of stupidity...a morning jolt, so to speak...like a double expresso. Wake up, turn on the old Magnavox - it's already tuned to FOX - and suck in that morning stupidity that'll last you all day...or, at least until the Glenn Beck show, which is like an evening double martini of stupidity.

The entire green movement is a scam. It's fear mongering to scare people and kids so they can be hearded like a group of sheep towards the progressive goals of social and economic justice. AKA redistribution of wealth and big government control of everything.

Actually, it is Global Climate Change, and it causes extremes in temperatures, colder winters and hotter summers, and more violent storms. I know it is required to make the daily cheap shots at liberals and environmentalists for the sake of the Religious Right, but I wonder, does he tire of it. Doofy has such a doughy face, he always looks a bit confused.

And there isn't a single thing that your lot doesn't blow off as liberal hype. What will you say when there aren't any glaciers left, anywhere in the world? Will you share your water? Did you know in most Western states, the water rights don't come with the property. If Climate Change gets as bad as some predict, there will be water wars in the West, just as there were grazing wars more than a century ago. It could be really ugly. Did you know that Sandra Day O'Connor specialized in water rights laws, and was bothered that none of the other Justices were as concerned as she was?

Right, and something that has been there for a thousand years or more but disappears completely within a 50 year period is nothing to worry about. What next, are you going to tell me that your God would never let that happen, or that it doesn't matter because Jesus is coming back in 2012 and will make everything all better? The last time glaciers covered North America, there was no human population to be troubled by this condition. How will you deal with all the people left without drinkable water when the glaciers are gone?

It isn't a scare tactic, it is a legitimate question. How will you deal with all the people left without clean drinking water when the glaciers are gone? What will you do if California can no longer grow the food that it does because there is no water? These are things we must consider, or do you just think that Jesus will appear and make it all better? Does your Jesus twitch his nose or clap his arms and nod his head? Or does he flick a wand? Or maybe a walking stick?

I lived in Seoul, I had a silver plated Kaddish cup and Havdalah Candleholder sitting on my buffet for about a year, the pollution in the air ate the silver finish right off of both of them. A large portion of the planet still goes to be hungry. Australia is having drought problems in their biggest farming region, a region larger and more productive than California. And one of the reasons we didn't have more problems with hunger and famine has to do with the concerted efforts of scientists to make better crops. I have memories of being taught about the plant work being done to grow crops in brackish water, and efforts to make desalinazation cheaper. If no one addresses the problem or funds the research the answers will not come. The current crop of Conservadummies isn't willing to admit there is a problem to be addressed. Instead they spout pious claptrap about how God won't let it happen! Pollution and climate change are real problems, aliens are the things of sci-fi. Now, why don't you do something useful and spread your attitudes on some garden, steer manure makes really good fertilizer.

that is localized particulate polution. I think you confuse the polution of particulates with the gases of the global climate change theory in your case and scenerio. You really need to research your points more before posting these incorrect statements in support of some kind of global temperature change. If you research it more, you will see that it is all non-sense. Sure, we polute our local and are irresponsible for this, and we pay locally for it as well. The only cases of "global" issues with local polution items such as this are when "super-volcanoes" shoot millions of tons of debris into the air and fill the atmosphere.. but those stay that way only a year or two.. so much for the particulate polution theory... wanna try another one?

Jesus is coming.. do not worry yourself in that. You will be the one left standing alone at that time my friend. I just hope you see the light before that time. Temperature rises and drops per nature's own will, and nothing man can do will upset this.. look at the research on the facts (besides the green scientists who got caught lieing and cheating all of us with false global warming data). God controls the weather and the temperature, so rest easy.

Water in the mid-west is not a global warming issue. You really need to look into the reasons for the draughts there and see the reality. Those states are sitting on an aquafir. That is alike a big lake under the ground. Global warming (if it were a real issue), would not affect this point.
Did you know that soild samples and ice samples show the same amounts of green house gases for the past 50000 years with no real change other than big volcanoes blowing up and stuff like that? Those are the real facts.. look it up if you do not believe my word.. no problem.
You need to realize that the liberals of the country are making these lies to bilk everyone from their money (that is you and me by the way).

HIliter, this is where a lot of you wingnuts get confused. It's not these individual events, or temporary weather patterns, that are evidence of Climate Change in themselves, it's the science that supports it.

Deniers try to point out these short term occurrences as proof that Climate Change is not happening. Sometimes they have nothing directly to do with CC, they're just normal variations, sometimes they are effects of the bigger phenomenon.

To twist that to try to claim that these are all used as proof of Global Warming is either very dishonest, or completely ignorant.

Besides that, it's just boring, a lame talking point that was weak when you guys first started using it, and it's getting more rancid by the day.

There is no proof of climate change at ANY time.. documents were falsified and this well-known fact was recently unearthed lately by the "so-called" scientists that were pushing the climate change theory in the first place. It is promoted by Al Gore for goodness sakes!!! How real can that be? :-)
Liers will be found out.. do not worry. That is why the liberals have to be pointed at constantly since they have no moral compass.

It was 9 degrees below 0 when I left the house this morning. That's better than the last couple of mornings have been. The thing is, it's perfectly normal for Minnesota to go through at least a couple of these frigid streaks. In fact, this year's is less severe and is looking to be shorter than many I've experienced over the years. Still, that doesn't stop liar denialists from pointing to the cold temps and pretending it somehow negates the global trends that exist. Liars and idiots.

Considering that there is no reference to "the Rapture" anywhere in the Bible, I'd pretty much ignore this latest idiot. This little bit of theology became popular in this country in the early 1800s. It's the offshoot of a bunch of cultish sects. The overwhelming majority of Christians in this country and throughout the world do NOT believe in this extra-Biblical nonsense. Howe3ver, they are very vocal and they give true Christianity a bad name.

School is for facts (things that really happen, or can happen). This is in contrast to crazy ideas like global warming and Darwinism (things that have and can not be proven or explained). When science advances to higher levels, it is constantly proving the truth and breaking down the myths of humanism and show how God is in control.

This is not the first time Camping has made a bold prediction about Judgment Day. On Sept. 6, 1994, dozens of Camping's believers gathered inside Alameda's Veterans Memorial Building to await the return of Christ, an event Camping had promised for two years. Followers dressed children in their Sunday best and held Bibles open-faced toward heaven.
But the world did not end.

Hey, maybe he wasn't wrong. Maybe the rapture did occur in 1994. No one qualified.

This just shows the scientific illiteracy of most of America. Look the sun comes up in the east, crosses the sky, and sets in the west...The sun must orbit the Earth! Science is not simply anecdote and observation, it is repeated observation, study, statistics, and testability. It is easy to dismiss that which we don't understand, especially when doing so feeds into our preconceived beliefs and ideas.

It also does not help when those who should know and should be educating us are actually exploiting this lack of scientific literacy to promote their own political, economic and religious agenda.

That is silly. Science is constantly showing the brilliance of God's creations. The more advanced our sciences become, the more we are able to see the beauty and complexity of his work. It is marvelous to me personally. I do not really care if the earth is round or square for that matter, because we can trust in God. God made science by the way, so by using science and its observations, you are worshiping God in a round about way.

I think you're right, Col. I've never been offered hundreds of thousands to play Global Warming Denier on TV, but I can't imagine selling myself out for it.

          Hamburgers: maybe.

Why do you think Global warming is a real issue? I am curious where your information comes from? Al Gore? The defuncted scientists that were lieing about their climate data? Can you explain this please?

I think it is interesting that Obama stated in his campaign speech that he would step out of office if a terror attack happened while he was in office. Where is HIS pink slip? The liberals seem to have forgotten that promise, but they seem to have forgotten a lot of them it seems.

Look I think most people who watch Fox is idiots, but there is nothing we can really do to stop "Climate Change", "Global Warming", or whatever else people want to label it. The planet we call home has been changing for millions of years with and without us. Do we as humans need to do a better job keeping Mother Earth a livable place YES but it has gotten to the point where people are calling out the sky is falling. I don't trust the science anymore, the sciencetist are just as croaked a polticians, looking to get another paycheck and will make up something to get it.

They even politicize the weather report...

In the morning, I just want to wake up and watch the local weather and traffic report while I eat my breakfast. Who would have the intestinal fortitude (even if you were in agreement with FOX News on other issues) to put up with this stuff first thing in the morning?

It's snowing in Houston, ha ha ha, global warming is a myth!

Well, if cold weather in unusual places is the proof to the world's Doocys that global warming DOESN'T exist, then I'm taking the position that warmer temperatures in places where it should be cold are proof that it does.

      Doocy swings and misses. Again.

Oh come on you guys climate change is real and can be argued, AGW not so much. Subtly changing the argument from Anthropogenic Global Warming to Climate Change is pretty slick but it's not going to save you.

Darwin and Hadley are just the beginning. Even the third world countries that were expecting a blank check are balking once they found out that the UN was in charge of their windfall.

You need to put some distance between yourselves and this globaloney because if you don't you'll either be called a fool or a convict.

There is so much discussion concerning the proof of global warming, climate change, ..... Could someone provide this proof to enlighten those who have not been able to find this data among the continuous name calling and finger pointing? I, along with others would like to review the undisputable data being talked about. When I read about glaciers disappearing and exposing trees buried for hundreds or thousands of years under ice makes me wonder how these trees & plants were able to grow so many years ago. To me it seems as if the earth goes through climate cycles. When these types of items are mentioned, finger pointing and name calling heats up. I would just like someone to provide me with the facts, please.
