She once opined that Obama could not be president because of his name. She was very troubled by his name. This is clearly a continuation of that same bigotry.

      Geez.

Nothing Bush was doing would have stopped the events in Arkansas or Fort Hood. And, the arressts of terrorists should be scored as a win for Obama, not a sign that terrorism has increased - especially in light of the fact that Bush administration scored numerous arrests of bad guys (or should those be counted against Bush?).

      This woman is a whackjob.

"After 9-11" sigh... as though that is good enough... as though it can be skipped over as a redo; give me a break. Watching her is like watching one of those toy cars that you wind up... you turn the key and the car goes in circles chasing its own rear.

Yeah, but the difference is that not only does Crowely chase her own rear, but she's caught it with such force that her head ended up being stuck waaay up in it.

Monica seems to be getting a lot of air time of late. Her academic background is strong (Colgate/Columbia) and her time with Nixon gives her "gravitas" [at least in the eyes of some]. Being groomed for some up-coming leading role at Fox?

Alinksy wanted people to die to fulfill his agenda? I really don't know because I like most people never heard of Alinsky till the right wing tried to frighten us with him.

I don't know and don't care who he is. The nutjobs don't know who he is either. But through listening to his name be reviled over and over by Fox and hate radio, he's a nebulous evil-doer who's against Christianity, the consitution, guns, apple pie, etc. in their brainwashed minds.

Learn history. Mao would have not liked Obama. Plus This is not Communism. It is a preadatory type style of Capitalism here in the U.S. A small level of Fascism!

Man, oh man, oh man. We have another intellectually challenged person here in NH. Nobody likes Mao in Obama's administration, but if you don't think that you can't learn from Mao, then you'd be wrong as well (as in, what NOT to do when running a country).

So tell us, oh wise one, who is Saul Alinsky, and why is he important to be talking about now? Please, be concise.

If the Obamanation does not like Mao why is he featured on the White House Christmas tree? And I guess you forget the admiration expressed by Anita Dunn for Mao. Although you will deny the obvious there does seem to be some popularity for Mao in the this administration. Maybe he should change his name to Obamao?

But I guess that is OK with the left, at least Mao was not a Christian. God forbid.

Right, because the President himself, along with his top-ranking officials, obviously personally selected all of the hundreds of Christmas ornaments in the White House.

And the Anita Dunn thing has been repeatedly debunked. Have you really missed that?

I mean, Ann Coulter has quoted Mao, as has Karl Rove. Does that make them avowed maoists?

              You people are ridiculous.

Listen, if you guys are going to just parrot Glenn Beck in these replies, stop wasting your time. It doesn't make you an informed person and we all know where it's coming from.

At best, Beck's information is speculation and correlation does not prove anything. Mao on a Christmas ornament? Are you kidding?

I remember asking my conservative friend the other day what is Obama doing different than Bush. I got no answer. People need to understand that thise issue of national security for 90 percent of it, is a non-partisan approach in dealing with this issue. What Bush did in the last 8 years had some moderate success, we knocked out some terrorists after 01 to around 06-07, Since then they have started to reform and it isn't because Obama is soft on terror. He is authorizing more drone attacks and raids into Pakistan and Yemen. What Republicans don't seem to understand or think is the best way is to just overpower everything and impose our will. Never mind that we have been doing that since the 50's throughout SE Asia and the middle east. (Turns out people don't like us meddling in their affairs) even if our intentions are noble. It is a cycle that repeats itself when you are dealing weith a de-centralized enemy global and worldwide. The approach that the current administration is that yes we are a good peoples but our foreign policy CAN be misguided not evil or it's all our fault and tries to appeal to the more vast non-extremist Islam people's and convincing them to turn against their own hard line right factions. Constant wars and grandiosing about a glorious war on terror or a fight against jihadis only lets the hard liners spin the rhetoric and convince their people that they are culture warriors and defenders against western imperialism. Tp put it simply Bush showed good action but not the right talk. With President Obama he is talking the good talk and the action is still not verifiable or proven. Iran is a good sign that President Obama's effort to empower the Iranian people and isolate the mullahs is showing some hopeful results.

This woman is a complete blowhard airhead. But hey they (the right) aren't conspiratorial they are grassroots, passioniate thinkers. If Obama was trying to kill people on purpose start with this retard

This is more dopey commentary. The security apparatus of the United States hasn't changed all that much form Bush To Obama. It's not as if the Obama administration comes in and fires everyone from top to bottom and puts in new people completely. Look at guys like Robert Gates just as an example. So either these men and women are "perfect" or they are not. Again, even with the change to Napolitano at Home Land Security, the entire staff isn't fired summarily. Gimme a break. Moreover, stop trying to equate Alinsky to Mengele. The right-wing moron pundits see the Third Reich in their oatmeal.

Let me ask a question. Weren't some of these folks the ones who keep harping about how closing the embassy is a sign of weakness by the United States? Aren't these right wingers the ones who want to see a body count in this situation?

      Let's review some statistics.

Obama administration January 2009 - Dec 31 2009: 12 Americans killed due to possible terrorist actions (counting Ft. Hood shooting).

Bush administration January 2001 - Dec 31 2001: Over 3000+ Americans dead because of a terrorist attack.
