      Ok Rush..YOU et al have declared war against the POTUS and tthe American government..what will you(s) do next!!!?Storm the Capital /The White House?,.... armed and ready to shoot the legally elected governement officials you are against,,Please explain what is planned to wage this war!!

      Rusty, maybe you, the Dittoheads, Becky and his Beckerheads are at war with your government, but I am not. I am waiting out the downturn, but I do worry about the deficit, I have since they started piling up under Reagan. You can't cut taxes, and deliver the same or even increased services without running up deficits, but Cheney told us that deficits didn't really matter. It has taken nearly 30 years of Republican misrule to get us down into this whole, it will take a while to dig us out.

      What a monumental a$$hole. Step back in time about 4 years, and imagine if Rachel Maddow or some other Liberal had said that "We are at war with Bush and Cheney".

      Rush and all the other Troglodytes would be screaming "TREASON!"

      This same type of rhetoric that emanated from the radical left wing during the Vietnam War era was met with draconian reaction from government and the "silent majority". Anyone here old enough to remember the common bumper-sticker cry of "America. Love it or leave it?"
      That rhetoric also lead to proliferation of FBI files on student anti-war protesters and expanded surveillance as radical leftist fringe groups emerged as domestic terrorists against the military industrial complex. The left and right were at loggerheads over patriotism and I hated all of it. And I hate this now.

        I certainly remember it!!The difference now is you can say stuff much more crtitical of the governement ,even treasonous,seditious stuff and no body blinks an eye.If you did that in the 50's/60's /70's you would likely get a visit from someone ..or be put on a surveillance list.To even speak out against the war or to be a supporter of Civil Rights got people on lists.Now people show up in droves(some with guns)claiming the Government is full of Nazis/Communists and they are just patriotic Americans expresing their right to freedom!!?What would George Wallace or Bull Conner have done in those days if a group of armed Civil Rights marchers showed up with guns and signs like we see at Tea Party rallies!??!

      Ah..."Love it or Leave it", the battle cry of the fascist. Any true American knows democracy doesn't work that way. True Americans know love it or work within our system of law to change it is the correct response.

      Oh God... now we can't close Gitmo. We need to keep it open for Rush and his army at war with the president, and the government.

      Damn! They finally found a way to keep Obama from closing it.

      OTOH, you have to give Limbaugh credit, he is so dedicated to his cause he is willing to be sent to Gitmo to keep it open.

      Article III, Section 3.

      Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort. No person shall be convicted of treason unless on the testimony of two witnesses to the same overt act, or on confession in open court.

      The Congress shall have power to declare the punishment of treason, but no attainder of treason shall work corruption of blood, or forfeiture except during the life of the person attainted.

      Okay, Rush just declared [levied] he was at war with our government. I'll testify to the act of treason , anybody want to join me?

      At war, huh? According to your 34th "undeniable truth", "words mean things", so I encourage you to put your money where your mouth is. By all means, Rush, renounce your citizenship, take your money, buy an island, emigrate to Limbaughland, and don't let the door hit you in your healed pilonidal cyst on the way out.
