Um... I could be wrong here... but I thought asking for campaign funds or openly endorsing a candidate using your power as a media is illegal?

I know, its hard to agree that Cluster Fox is media, but they are and this stinks of law breaking?

I have similar question. Yesterday, On Hannity, Dick Morris was telling people to go to his web site and learn how to make Scott Brown win.
Are commentators on a news channel legally allowed to canvass for a candidate in that fashion?

Cable networks have looser rules, I believe, than broadcast channels.

When reached for comment, Jake Tapper replied "Oh hell, I just say whatever my paycheck tells me to say".

I honestly and very honestly I mean. Can't see why anyone would actually even remotely try and claim this has, is, or ever will be fair and balanced news...

Alan Colmes was the only good thing this channel introduced me to, aside from massive amounts of humor.

I watched the debate and it was lively. David Gergen asked some interesting questions but Brown came up short, each and every time.

Typical Republican arguement: Fight the Boogieman - which is the war on terror. Treat terrorist as enemy combatants and in their terms advocate torture! That was his whole talking point on the show!

Then he promises to compare himself to Sen. Kennedy. LOL! He already blew himself out the water with his thoughts. Kennedy would not advocate torture or the continued fight against a boogieman war.

Those were slow pitched softballs. SMH!

Well, FOX has officially added Simple Sarah to their stable of Twits. Since FOX brazenly supports political candidates, will they allow SS to push her own candidacy for the White House while she's on their payroll? Is that even legal? Do they even care?

When is Sarah going to Mass?

Maybe he was pleading with her not come.

So this guy has already stated that he won't listen to anyone except to be the 41st. vote. Where and how many times can I vote for him?

"AlQueda is trying to kill our kids and our families", and the Repubs haven't help stop it..they extended it.

Hm, interesting that he doesn't want the Al Franken-treatment if he were to win...
