So what if he is a Muslim? What then, what would change about the issues we're facing today?... besides your apparent bigotry,

One always has a dilemma when it comes to this; you can either go the "There's nothing wrong with being a Muslim" route, which is perfectly true, except it implies Obama is a Muslim, when the factual record shows he's not. Or you can point to all the evidence that he's not a Muslim, but by refuting that you imply that they're right in saying all Muslims are inherently evil. It's far cleverer than I would ordinarily give them credit for.

This argument must be divided in two pieces in order to be properly tackled. First is his religion. He's Christian. He went to a Christian church and has stated that he is Christian. That should be enough. Until humans are able to see the soul of a man, we should just take someone's word for thier religious beliefs. Second is the negative conotation of Muslims. Even if he were Muslim, there is no data suggesting that being Muslim equates to being evil. The suggestions made by people like this are racist and a religious based form of xenophobia. They are a minority of individuals with a dangerous mind set who are bordering on the edge and are very close to advocating the logical next step which is segregation.

Quinn, you and Rosie make me want to puke. Gee, the President played golf on Christmas Day, so he isn't a Christian. I went to Mass on Christmas Eve, but I spent Christmas Day watching old movies and eating too much with my Jewish husband and children. When I was growing up, my family regularly went to a movie on Christmas and Easter, and we never went to church (because my father is agnostic, but not a Muslim.) Maybe the President hasn't gone to church on Sunday since he got to D.C., but lots of other Presidents haven't been regular attendees, either, including Ronald Reagan, who proclaimed he was a Christian, wanted a return to prayer in schools and declared the Year of the Bible and gave a Christian Bible as a gift to the Ayatollah! President Obama lived in a Muslim country, he went to a private Catholic school, and to a public school, which had Koranic Studies classes for all public students. Big Deal. In my mother's day, all students prayed the Christian Lord's Prayer before school started, even her Jewish friends. And everybody makes a mistake and says the opposite to what they meant. I think that was a genuine slip of the tongue. As to you and Rosie, I don't think either one of you is very Christian. And even IF the President was a Muslim, so what? It isn't against the Constituion to be a Muslim in America. And so what if there was no Creche at the White House, the point can be made that it IS Federal property and that its presence would be promoting or establishing a national religion, which is against the Constitution, check the First Amendment.

My children and I cooked dinner for my parents and grandparents. Being Southern Baptist, we don't go to church on Christmas. Our church has a Christmas Eve service, but it's not the norm. When I attended the church of Christ [the independent variety], we didn't recognize Christmas [or Easter] at all in church. Not Biblical.

I became a Catholic after High School. Having grown up around non-religious people, I have very little idea about how other churches practice. Jimmy Carter's Christianity didn't bother me, but Ronald Reagan's hypocricy did. If he hadn't gone to church, it wouldn't have bothered me, but all the pro-religion claptrap just burned me up. As to Dubya, well, he was a drunk who got saved and got sober. I won't begrudge him that, a lot of people end one addiction for an addiction to religion. I think he is sincere in his beliefs, even if he doesn't practice much. (My mother was like that, too.) I don't like Dubya, I thought his Presidency was a disgrace, but I don't think he is a bad man, just a weak and limited one, with a mean streak. But don't get me started on Cheney!

Be glad you don't know this guy. What really makes this guy dangerous is that he is a second or maybe a third stringer right wing blowhard.

He's syndicated on maybe 6 or 7 stations and really wants to break into the big time, like Hannity, Beck, and Limbaugh. Since he is the second string, he needs to make a mark for himself, and the way you make a mark in the right wing radio business is to be even more outrageous than the first string. After all remember who is listening to this guy, all the "angry white men" out there.

And you sexually harass women who work for you . . . at least that's what the jury believed to the tune of almost $700,000 dollars.

Ah, it's just my thumbs downer buddy. She can't discuss things in a cogent manner so she just gives me the old thumbs down. I posted facts. He was found to have sexually harassed his co-worker by a jury of his peers. He also has shown his sexism in calling the N.O.W. a bunch of wh***s.

I don't know this guy, but based upon what I've now read about him, he's a really nasty piece of work. Why would anybody support him?

Being from Pittsburgh and listening to these goobers, I am actually impressed that Quinn has come a long way from his sexual harrassing days. Now, he said he thinks..this is something new and we should give him a few years to understand the act of "thinking". He is so used to reading his monitor and using everyone eslses words.
And for the Gutter Lady Rosie the PC, Phony Christian, she alluded today that she can't wait for the day when she looks at the faces of us sinners when the Rapture occurs. this from a woman who defended Mr. 700 years old, the loony Robertson.
That occured about 3/4 of the way through the first hour. I usually tune in for the secon half of the first hour to get some laughs.
No one in the hate business is as stupid as Quinny and PC ROSIE.

I think you are an idiot! To read The Koran does not mean you are a Muslim. Books are meant to read to get knowledge. The Bible is a book and people who read it does that make them Christian??? No! They might want to get insight in what The Bible is about for KNOWLEDGE!
