This is a wonderfully fun sentence from Beck. What exactly is "it"? If we were to diagram the sentence it would seem to be the Constitution -- as that is the object of the verb phrase proceeded by the gerund "killing." Now, to the second problem, the use of the word irradiate: the process of irradiation, of course, being the use of radiation to kill microorganisms. Now, I grant you the Constitution is old and undoubtedly full of microorganisms, it was written on animal skin after all, so maybe we do need to irradiate for preservation purposes. Or, perhaps he is taking a more X-Men approach and thinking it will make a super Constitution. I wonder...

Actually, the S.Ct. pretty much did it in today by completely destroying the intent of the First Amendment. In doing so, they opened the door to fascism.
