No, Beck just wants to paint everyone on the left as radicals who want to overthrow the government and install a "fascist" dictatorship. I think he is hoping that the right will rise up against the left. Calling them eggheads is just a way of dehumanizing them. I mean you crack eggs for breakfast, don't you?

Helped as in past tense? Like during the Bush years perhaps?

This is just completely messed up thinking.

Again, he's dropping the German/Woodrow Wilson/elitist/CBS/Lippmann free association. The majority of what he said is factually and historically untrue. Wilson did ask Lippmann for some help and he did attend the meeting regarding the Treaty of Versailles. The CBS/Lippmann thing is pretty much made up. He reported some on Cronkite's show in the 60s, but Lippmann was a print journalist . . . don't think he had anything to do with the creation of CBS. [He may have invested in it, but he wasn't responsible for its creation.] Not that it matters.

      He's an absolute jerk.

I'm starting to understand Beck's passion... he hates smart people.

He hates Academics... those who study and pursue the truth.

He hates Scientist, who dedicate their lives to the discovery of world around them.

Beck doesn't like people who knows more then he does, which means he holds a disdain for the majority of the people around him.

I would say that Glenn hates everybody. He has people who tick him off even more than the average guy. In some ways, I even think he hates himself. He realizes what a mess he is, and he doesn't like it. It is why he is so thin-skinned about his critics. I would agree with everything you listed. I would also add in his loathing contempt and anger at middle aged women. He is absolutely manic when he trashes them. Really, he is serious need of mental help.

So was the league of nations which turned into the UN? Wilson's ideas gave birth to the modern day UN. So should your viewers be scared of the UN too

Beck's latest conspiracy theory: Council on Foreign Relations helped control journalism

CFR's mission is to be “a resource for its members, government officials, business executives, journalists, educators and students, civic and religious leaders, and other interested citizens in order to help them better understand the world and the foreign policy choices facing the United States and other countries.” CFR aims to maintain a diverse membership, including special programs to promote interest and develop expertise in the next generation of foreign policy leaders.

It was created as a tool to promote world peace. Something Woodrow Wilson used so he can try to set up the League of Nations, but that was shot down. By who???? Republicans!

You know what's interesting? Most folks see Lippman as a neo-conservative. Wonder how old Beck is getting along with his co-workers at Fox?
