The way the U.S. military wastes money it should not even be considered for handling the trial.

What is the point of having "guests" on O'Reilly? Are they supposed to just stare in amazement at O'Reilly's hideously stupid opinions, because O'Reilly just asserted his argument in lieu of a response from anybody.

It's rather sad that it's supposed to be Bill O's show and his "guests" are supposed to give their opinions, but he yells them down all the time. If I did that to my guests on a regular basis, they would never come back to my house. Somehow I get the feeling that one day, Juan is going to kick Bill O right in the nuts on national television for the insults he has received at the hand of Bill O.

I can name quite a few TV personalities like that. It is not new or specific to Mr. O'Reilly. I am sure Mr. Williams appears on his own volition. I am equally sure he is compensated for his time, and if he believed that the money was not worth the hassle, he could turn down the offer to appear.

I know military justice people are already on the payroll, but so aren't civilian judges, prosecuters, public defendants, balifs, court recorders?

I thought this was stupid on Bill's part, and then I watched Keith O. tonight and he mocks Mark Levin's voice. Beck does it with Barney Frank too. Making fun of things that people cannot control is not funny.

the difference with Olberman, was he was mocking Levin's high voice, while Levin was mocking a Senator by slowing down his speech to make it sound like he was drunk.

I don't really see that he is making fun of the way a person might talk in bangladesh as much as trying to imitate what they might sound like, poorly done I might add. He makes no statements about this person's accent or intelligence. He is attempting to be entertaining. Whether he succeeds or not is up to his audience, but it certainly isn't anything wrong.

Bill O'Reilly doing an Asian Accent?
How much lower can Fox News Descent?
Could this be "Bill-O the Clowns" Waterloo?
Or will Roger Ailes make excuses as he so likes to do?

      Speak truth to power.

The whitehouse knows it but what other venue will he be tried? I have no issue with them moving the court case to some other venue but I DO have an issue with them not trying the case in the American justice system.

I find it funny that "everyone knows this" when we have done it almost 100 times for both domestic and foreign terrorists. I wish these wing nuts would understand that if these people appeal to the supreme court that this would not be constitutional...unless the corporate 5 put their partisan hats on and rule it legal.

The US military can't even get out of bed in the morning without costing taxpayers hundreds of thousands of dollars. But if they could torture then shoot the guy if found guilty I'd agree.....

Tht WTC Bomber was tried, convicted and sentenced in 6 months (including a 2 month gap between conviction and sentencing)

How did this trial become a multi-year process? How did that become the presumption?

How does O'Reilly even come to the conclusion that the trial would last more than a year. Unless they dismiss the trial like with Saddam, this should be over by 9 months at least.
