I must admit when i watch Fox News i do want to throw Peanuts.
It wouldn't surprise me if some Fox Anchors had Fur growing on their Butts.
My Mother always told me that feeding the Mis-informers is Wrong.
Fox News is the place for Comedy, they even rival Cheech & Chong.

        Speak truth to power.

Interesting question, which if we really look at it objectively and intelligently will only consequently lead to vast conspiracy which many have always expected to exist anyway, the media right-wing conspiracy. The same one which wants to make believe the majority of the media is "liberal", left-wing leaning.
It will be one very interesting case, because they would love to set free their young "heros" and Jesus martyrs, but at the same time they will well have to know that with that, they will only encourage the real left wing to come after every conservative politician, minister, priest and pastor with the very same illegal - then after O'Keefee legalized - methods as O'Keeffe too utilized. After all, if O'Keeffe and his accomplices should be set free. What a wonderful precedence O'Keefee will set. I can't wait for his court days to come! Can we air that on TV, please?!

Were O'Keefe, Breitbart or any one of those "big Journalists" clowns blogging on the former Yahoo 360 and under what sorts of known aliases? If so, I believe there might be a number of people, who know them all and their criminal tactics all just too well then.

Hmmmm. If the "plumbers" were younger then Watergate would have been a "childish prank?"

If the "plumbers" had no connection to the administration or the republican machine and were young, then maybe. I'm still not sure these guys should or will walk but it looks like it was not, like orignally reported, an attempt to wiretap the phones.

maybe they wern't trying to tap the phones....given the fact that those involve have less brain power combined than a cow.

but they were certainly up to no good.

They broke the law regardless of "wire tapping"........what they did is a felony worth 10 years in jail.

They broke into a federal building phone system.if it is proven that they were attempting to tap the phones that will be a separate charge and MORE jail time!

I really don't think the right approach here is to shoot the messenger. Sure, he may have done illegal things that should be investigated and possibly prosecuted, but let's get our priorities straight. There is no denying that ACORN is an organization that is managed incredibly poorly and that many ACORN operatives have done things that are illegal. The American people care a lot more about billions of dollars of their tax dollars going to a fraud organization like ACORN than they do some kid that may have done illegal things in exposing this information. If you don't recognize that then you have a fundamental disconnect with American society. Olbermann can keep knocking on O'Keefe, but it certainly won't get him any new viewers! I truly question the intellect and street-smarts of anyone that really thinks the O'Keefe story is a bigger deal than the ACORN story.

Quite a leap from ACORN being mismanaged to their being a "fraud organization." What is the evidence that ACORN is that. Please provide your sources.
The import of the O'K story (which you've bought into as a kids' escapade) is that it discredits (by dint of messenger shown to be zealot) his earlier ACORN work which, if you serve as evidence, has lead "the American people" to where you are in your seemingly unsupported opinion of ACORN.

oh thank you, its always refreshing to find a voice of reason here and that whole shoot the messenger vibe that we are getting from people representing the left here is beyond reason and does nothing more then expose the fact that its not fairness in media thats the real concern here. And I love how K Olbermann can't even say this stuff with a strait face its so rediculus.

What I find to be the funniest thing about this O'Keefe kid is that his videos of acorn employees (which was likely cut and edited and recorded without consent) doesn't actually PROVE anything at all!

Sure, one or two say some controversial things....but the fact they were NEVER acted upon and that the employees sought legal advice would NORMALLY be enough to dismiss accusations...

I've got to say....If I were in the position of the Acorn employees, I'd honestly be compelled to entertain the guy, at least until he left. I'd literally be either scared, curious, OR interrogative with O'Keefe, simply to get as much info as I could in order to report him later or to just keep him calm (he IS portraying a pimp) so that I wouldn't endure any backlash if he didn't like what I told him. Or I would've thought it was some kind of episode of Jackass or something...I can HARDLY believe ANYONE would've taken them seriously...and never would've thought his video would pass as some sort of "evidence" that Acorn is knowingly helping criminals.

I wonder where the video of the employees' responses to O'Keefe "journalism" is after he left Acorn offices? It's all one-sided "opinionism."

I just can't believe the lengths that the MEDIA (Fox "news") has gone to, in order to alienate families who really are in need of gov't assistance. Fox has this assumption that EVERYONE getting ANY kind of gov't aid is either selling drugs or engaging in some sort of illegal activity. And the truth is, the lot that IS most likely has to because they can't get a job due to some sort of criminal conviction.

For argument sake, if this kid had been caught, with the same accusations that are put against O'Keefe, in a REPUBLICAN's office....oh boy....all HELL would've broken loose....and everyone KNOWS it.

And finally, the idea of O'Keefe being a JOURNALIST!? This dude BREAKS THE LAW then somehow acts as if everyone around him is in the wrong....what a joke. Is this what Fox has reduced actual journalism to? Well...yea, actually. They've totally done away with sources and references but yet claim they're the most "trusted name in news."

I seriously want to run into this guy on the street...

here is a thought i just had. buying jimmy's premise of landrieau's office is the peoples office. that means that i can walk into the office of my senators, governor, congressmen and the president no matter what they may be doing plop my feet up on the desk and demand they talk to me and me alone for however long i want.

yeah i can already see that working out well. just like this lame brained excuse by this moron who calls himself a journalist

Its more like if you take some calculated risks and catch anybody on the left with their hands in the cookie jar then we are going to smear you and make the whole story about what a bad person you are rather then having any interest in the fact that an organization taking taxpayers money is advising people on how to commit tax fraud and engage in prostitution. If your organization was really interested in keeping far leaning political views in check then you would be just as interested in the far left love fest at MSNBC. And by the way, Ive been coming here for a few weeks now, trying to get involved in some of these conversations and over half of my comments haven't been posted, and the ones that are don't get posted for days after the topics over, and I've read your rules and I've been more then respectful and on topic. So whats up with that ?? It really makes it look like you are not very wellcoming to people with a different point of view ??
