Is this something Obama just made up? I doubt it.

Rush, 20,000 jobs may have been lost. But how many were created in that time?

You are kidding right! When the Jobs figures come out it takes job created minus jobs lost to get how many jobs were created/lost in a month.

And the Teabaggers solution for unemployment in America is? Does Sister Sarah have a solution. Scott Brown have any ideas? Rush its easy to sit back and criticize. Having some answers for the problems is the hard part.

Rush does have answers, he wants them all to work on his lawn. Unless they are Domincan boys, then he has a special job for them.

Wow. He's doing the same things we (meaning conservatives) did with liberals when Bush was in office. In other words, anything good that happens can't be attributed to the President yet anything bad that happens is all the President's fault.

I'm with you guys here. If unemployment goes down it goes down. If this administration was going to manipulate anything they would've done it before it hit double digits. That's not to say though that Obama deserves credit for it going down as it could just be the natural ebb and flow of the free market.

I don't remember any criticism of Bush attacking Afghanistan. Rush, here, is not only not attriuting something good to the President (as you did later) But saying that he manipulated the data (lied).

I think you're incorrect, in the fact that, when good things happened under Bush, I was more than willing to give him credit for when things went good. Why? Because I can be subjective like that, like a lot of liberals that I know.

In stark contrast though, we do have most (maybe not all, but most) conservatives who, no matter what happens, even if it is good (such as unemployment going down slightly) it can't POSSIBLY be Obama's fault that something good happened, he must have lied.

I also think you're kind of right, that if Obama's administration was going to manipulate the numbers, we never would have hit 10 percent unemployment.

Sometimes I wish a Chinese company would just completely buy out the Clear Channel group of companies. It's perfectly conceivable; all that's missing is the desire.

Their only answer is to cut taxes to the wealthy because they create the jobs.

That was Rush's solution he was preaching today. We need to cut taxes, because that's been proven to work before (HAHAHA!!)... Yeah, right Rush, cutting taxes has worked real well over the years.

Why didn't he just say that the jobs report was retarded? He could then come back on Monday and deny saying it.

Unless I am mistaken, near the start he implies you manipulate your way to a lower percentage of unemployment by intentionally “shrinking” the universe of jobs. First, I think, maybe, he meant shrink the universe of people in the workforce, as the unemployment percentage rate is the number of job seekers divided by the workforce number. I’m not sure how the number of total jobs relates to this as much as it may relate to this job saving/job creation “lie” fascination Rush has. Anyway, let’s keep the numbers simple here: 1/10 unemployed is 10%. Let’s intentionally and surreptitiously shrink the workforce so that now 1/9 is unemployed, meaning 11.1%. I don’t get it. Do you get it? Does Rush get it?
