by haters that try to delegitimize the Democratically elected President of the United States of America..just like they created the birther myth which the so called "LIBERAL MEDIA " continues to enable by giving coverage to those still refusing to accept the documented facts of the President's place of birth. They rather believe a kook like Orly Taiz over the Governor of Hawaii. That's totally irrational..but they believe the unqualified, half term former Governor of Alaska who doesn't even know the job of the Vice President and would make her President!!!!
With Leaders like Palin,Tancredo and Farah, who can take them seriously.Their goal is certainly not to do much good for the country. How can they when they use such rhetoric to define themselves!!How would anyone govern this complex country based on this type of narrow - minded, bigoted thinking!!?
I say let Farah, and all the other birthers, just keep putting it out there. That is exactly what will drive intelligent people away from anything they are pushing.
Our media is full of blind spots - issues and ideas that are ignored. Many of these issues would be useful for solving or preventing problems. Instead our airwaves and our political discourse is filled with junk like this.
If fringe ideas like this get this much attention, I wonder what fringe ideas are ignored because it seems this birther stuff is promoted and amplified for a reason.
Why do the birthers get more airtime, visibility in print, big network support, etc. than a logical, mathematically provable, highly educated group such as Single Payer or Medicare for All promoters? Why aren't journalists, camera crews and reporters chasing Dr Margaret Flowers, M.D. rather than a bunch of conspiracy obsessed know-nothings?
A: Let's answer that question with another question...
Q: Are they scared of losing their paychecks?
These people can so freely put conditions of their purported love for America. If the people elect the "wrong" President, they can so easily flip the hate switch and instantly despise their country.
But hey, keep harping about the birth certificate. News flash--nobody cares about your wingnut conspiracy theory Farah! The vast majority of Americans know that the Birther theory is BS.
What really gets me though is not the fact that 600 or so morons are having a conference. What gets me is that CSPAN is covering it!
Why?? Who cares about these dingbats? Why give them legitimacy?
And speaking of conspiracies--is "Farah" really an American name? It sounds more like the name of a TERRORIST to me! "Git yer shootin' irons boys! We got us a A-rab in our midst!" :-)
I agree completely, that is definitely... wait, not "important", what's that other word ? Oh, " Ignorant", that's the one. I always get those words mixed up too.
. . . As opposed to two wars, what to do with the Gitmo detainees, how to handle Iran, the US economy, trade, creating more jobs, etc. . .
With a single question one can determine if you're dealing with a nutcase rather than wasting time on further rational discussion or compromise.
