Hey, they represent all parts of the political spectrum, from the center right to the far right to the bat-s*it crazy right. How is that not balanced?

Why? He's been caught. He's been talking. He's going to be tried, prosecuted, and sentenced in a court of law in this country. I'd say, this shows how GREAT our country's judicial system is.

Holder has done nothing wrong. This has been handled the same way Reid was, almost exactly, and I don't remember these chuckleheads asking for the AGs resignation then.

Fearmongering over this fabricated war! The people who actually believe that the poor U.S. did nothing and that radical muslims came here or is plotting attacks because of the pure hatred that they have for the U.S. is not 100% true. The U.S. is responsible for many of the problems that the Middle East have. To just listen too these two yokels is laughable. People need to read up on the history of the C.I.A. and its involvement in the Middle East and around the world with the help of corporations since the late 1940's. It is disturbing! The coups and fabricated intelligence started in Esienhower's Administration, and is going on RIGHT NOW! These wars need to end, nothing but oppression and preadatory capitalism is happening. FOX Snooze will never say that though.

      SMH!

Yeah, but why let little things like facts get in the way of good propaganda?

If the economy starts to improve over the next few months, the Troglodytes will have to resort to their usual fearmongering to lather up their idiot base for the Midterm Elections. I expect that the Obama administration's "mishandling" of the Jockstrap Bomber will become their centerpiece. Darth Cheney and Simple Sarah will do a whirlwind tour to warn us of impending doom if we don't invade Iran immediately.

So this country finally has an AG who is actually trying to follow the law and the Constitution... and these clowns believe he should resign??

If this was said anywhere but Cluster Fox...

You'd think they were anything but serious! And even then, only serious in the sense in following their talking-points like the paid for liars they are!

Remember that in the minds of Fox viewers the Constitution only says that they get to carry high-powered rifles everywhere and they never have to pay any taxes ever. They'll be terribly confused if you bring up all that "due process" stuff. In other words, they don't care about the lawyers, just the guns and money (what would Warren Zevon think?)

Apparently, the only Amendments they care about are the Second (except for that well regulated militia stuff) and the part of the First which they think gives them the right to plaster their Religious propaganda all over public buildings.

Why were these procedures never questioned, never challenged by the Republicans under the Bush administration? Because the Republicans are trying to score political points with our national security. These same procedures were effective when executed under the Bush administration, but all of a sudden they are no longer effective according to the Republicans. 300 terrorists mirandized, 300 terrorists "lawyered up", 300 terrorists tried in civilian courts as criminals, and 300 terrorists brought to justice. Now it is a problem to do it that way? I don't think so. If it was effective and successful for Bush's administration, it stands to reason that the same will be effective and successful for the Obama administration.

Speaking of effectiveness and success under Bush, I will tell you what was not effective for Bush. His financial and economic policies. They proved highly ineffective and now the Obama administration wants to change those policies by regulating the financial industry and not giving tax breaks to the wealthiest 2% of the nation (see those earning above $250,000 a year). Obama wants to cut taxes for 98% of the nation (see those earning less than $250,000 a year). The Republicans oppose these financial policies even though Bush's proved ineffective and led us into a major recession.

So lets get this straight. The procedures for handling and trying terroists under the Bush administration prove to be effective and the Obama administration chooses to stick with those procedures. Yet the Reuplicans yell for change of those procedures despite the fact that they have been proven to work. Bush's economic policies prove highly effective and Obama wants to change those. Yet the Republicans yell for them to stay the same despite the fact that they have been proven not to work.

Basically the Republican party is calling for Obama to scrap what has been shown to work and to stick by what has been shown not to work. Get rid of the successful stuff but keep the failing stuff. That is the Republican argument. Starting to see a pattern here?

This obvious disconnect with logic needs to be pointed out to the American people. Not just once, but over and over again. Put the truth on repeat, just like Fox News, Limbaugh, and other conservative figures put lies and distorted facts on repeat. We owe it to the citizens of this great democracy to call out this foolishness loudly and repetitively.

It goes back further. John Mitchell, Nixon's AG, went to jail, and Ed Meese, Reagan's AG, should have.
