      Murtha wasn't speaking AGAINST the Marines, he was speaking AGAINST the Bush administration.

      Shmaltsberg is a lowlife piece of crap like Limbaugh, Hannity, O'Reilly, Beck, etc... just not nearly of their stature. He kinda crawls outa the dark once in a while and says something sh#tty then slithers away for a while.

      The savaging of Murtha is a perfect example of how the Troglodytes work. He opposed their pet war, so they set out to destroy him. He may have had some questionable dealings as a Congressman, but so do 90% of those crooks. They singled him out for destruction because, as a Marine, his rejection of their Oil War was potentially devastating, unless they could destroy his credibility.


      They did the same thing to Max Cleland.

        He definately had some "questionable dealings" as a congressman. And you may be correct that 90% of them do. So let's agree on that one thing and get rid of all the crooks. They are simply men and none of them are above the law.

        He was a Marine until the day he died, and a credit to the Corps through and through. Speaking for my late father (who was a Marine who served in WWII), Semper Fi, Congressman Murtha!!!

        Wasn't Rev. Jeremiah Wright a Marine as well ? I guess if you want to be a Wingnut Hero, you can avoid serving as long as you agree to blindly and loudly support the war business.

        Years of service are erased for anybody who dares to question the government. Hilarious that these are the same bozos keeping up their anti-government charade and insisting that our right to free speech is provided by the military.

        We had the same thing happen last year around this time. KDKA Radio brought in a guy named Miller who was aligned with MRC but had guests on from MRC and acted like they were just guests.
        The Cons will try to get other Stations to drop any liberal voice.
        What the Cons do need is any tidbit of truth being placed in the public domain. Their sheep get really confused.

      Looks like Malzbergs's little, pointy head would fit inside Colonel Murtha's nutcup with PLENTY of room to spare. In there he could hide in safety from the wars and conflict that his ideology foments, of course he would have to change his own diapers after he fills them with fear over and over again.

      Even as an Eagle Scout Jack Murtha had done more service to his country than this pampered whiner.

      This clown leads me to think that these foaming at the mouth sociopaths believe there is only one country worthy of your service and sacrifice.         At least Malzberg was respectful enough to wait a few hours after Murtha's death to start attacking him. This is where some wingnut finds an anonymous poster on a blog somewhere who insulted a Republican shortly after his passing to call it a draw.

      I thought it was bad manners to speak ill of the dead. He served 30+ years in Congress and he served in the Marines. He fought in the Vietnam War, becoming the first Viet Vet to win a seat in Congress. He may or may not have been corrupt, but his district sent him to Washington 18 times. He must have been good for his district. And yes, he spoke out against an Administration that abused the loyalty of the troops for petro-politics. It doesn't sound like he deserves abuse to me.

        It matters not what depths the enemy has to stoop to to denigrate the opposition. These slugs will tell any lie, countenance any thing to attack the very morality of the democrats that defeat them. No falsehood, no lunacy is too much... if only they displayed this attitude towards protecting our country. They could have stopped 911; no one paid attention to that silly memo about al Queada, planes and buildings. They could have caught Bin Laden; oops, too busy lying to send us to war. Murtha exposed these liars and demanded accountability from people who were content to let these wars rage endlessly, and use them for political gain.

          I know you're right, but it still bothers me. I hear about how bad and dishonorable, how immoral liberals are all the time. But really, I don't think we do these terrible things. And if we do, we shouldn't and we should call out anyone who does. I was no fan of Reagan, but I can find good things to say about him. And I know that he did the best he could with what he had. You can disagree with his policies, but that isn't attacking him. That being said, I will have a hard time when Cheney goes, because I think of him as the Prince of Darkness.

      I am a solider. And we do not need this type of worship. We are falliable men and women just like everybody else and if we commit atrocities that america has stood agaisnt then yes call us out and if you republicnas think we have not,(Not I personally) then you are ignorant crackpots! there has been several instances where american soldiers in Iraq have done the very things you guys seem to think us incapable of doing.
