the canon's of ethics say a lawyer must zealously represent their client. i guess that only applies to white americans only.
If you were accused of a heinous crime, and practically convicted by the media, BUT you were innocent (and I am not saying any of these people Malkin is referring to are innocent), wouldn't you want a zealous advocate? If we apply different standards to different defendants depending on the charges, are we really following the laws that make our country the best in the world?
Why should we elevate them to military status when they are not acting as members of any country's military, but rather members of a religious (or using the excuse of religion) sect known to be on the extreme fringe?
we shouldnt treat them as soldiers, to me they are nothing more than criminals. there was actually an idea from ron paul that i really liked. issue letters of marque and treat terrorists as pirates.
It is one of our founding principles that ALL accused are entitled to a defense. Period.
This is just another mindless talking point designed to pi$$ off the uneducated, ignorant, racist FOXbots.
Nostradumbass wants us to be like Stalin!
If you just say, " I FORGOT" then we will forgive you. I will use my over-used line..As an investigative-type journalists, you couldn't find Shaquille O'Neal at a nuns' picnic. (I have previously used midgets' by was called out on it).
But why post, I am still on the not enough posts list...that is like a Catholic serving eternity in hell for a meat rap. Eating meat on Friday.
Yours,
