Slightly OT, but Senatory Lamar Alexander has just brought up 'The tyranny of the majority' in reference to using reconciliation to pass health reform. Funny how it's only the tyranny of the majority when the Democrats are in charge, and the Will Of God when the Republicans are in charge.

Guess since Republicans used reconciliation 16 of the 22 times it's been used, they've really been nuking the country pretty badly, huh, FOX Propaganda?

Alexander is from my state, and there was a time when I thought he was intelligent. Since he went to the Senate, however, he has disavowed me of that notion.

I think we should just give in, and admit that tired and false labels are the currency we're being required to trade in, and so just deal with it, and make the best use of it you can.

Sure, the Budget Reconciliation process is the "nuclear option", but changing Senate Rules to eliminate the 'filibuster', that's "nuclear disarmament"...

And simply reducing the super-majority required to end debate (like to 55 Senators), that's an old style "atom bomb", but to actually break Senate Rule 22 (which is what I advocate), that's a "thermo-nuclear explosion", twenty megatons of TNT's worth...

And the radiation from these bombs, we'll call that "nuclear coverage", and the nuclear fallout will be "nuclear sickness"...

And the nuclear aftermath that we will all be forced to live in, if indeed the "nuclear option" is exercised, we'll call that "Health Care reform"...

And the medical attention that we'll all require as we stagger about all sick and injured in the aftermath of the detonation of the "nuclear option", we'll call that something awful, something really scary...

We'll call that PUBLIC HEALTH INSURANCE.
