As opposed to the publikuns playing on the fears of America, especially the senior citizens about the Government created "death panals" and how the government is going to cut out medicare?

It's only a sham of a summit because Republicans will be exposed as obstructionists by their own words, and they don't like it.

With most of the GOP (and especially the pundits) who try to claim that there is no health crisis in America, how else are you going to get them to understand that there is.

Citing statistics can be misleading and mind numbing. Hearing personal stories are real.

If know that these practicies of recission and denial of procedures are real and exist and feel that there is nothing we can do about it or should do about it, then you truly deserve being demonize.

Do you know what it means to debate an issue? I'm not talking about the screaming matches that Fox is so famous for . . . I'm talking about DEBATE. In order to debate an issue, both parties must have the ability to argue both sides of an issue both pro and con. I'm a conservative and all I've seen the Republicans do is act like a bunch of A**HOLES. They lost, rightfully, after running our country into the dirt and now they are acting like small, very, very small, children.

A hint, Tommy boy, just because someone has an R in the ( ) doesn't mean that they are conservative. And, just because Rush or Beck or one of the other Fox/hate talk radio crew says something, doesn't mean it's "conservative." If you believe that it does, you are no conservative.

Unless you find a Medicare Advantage plan that is available in your area that has dental coverage enough to pay for dentures, no, she couldn't just get them if she wanted to. I am going to be fortunate enough to get a portion of my dentures paid for by my Medicare Advantage plan - but I still have to come up with half of the bill, and that on SSDI. It will cost me roughly what my monthly benefit amount is, and I used to make a LOT of money before my car accident.
