      That is an outright lie...

So I am certain FOX News will issue an apology and a retraction first thing tomorrow and admonish Sean Hannity to take better control over the content of his show..

Wow, what a bad liar. Another bimbo liar on Faux News. I don't mind them coalescing all in one place-- makes the easier to ignore.

Also notice how Hannity cuts to commercial before Juan "Weak-Kneed" Williams can attempt to muster a futile debunk on her LIE.

I'm not impressed. The glasses are probably fake -- and the brunette is likely from a Clairol box . . .

This seems like a particularly blatant lie - even for FOX. There's absolutely no way one can even disingenuously misconstrue anything Barack Obama said during the campaign that would suggest it.

Also, a nice quote from Ms. Cupp:

"The late Billy Mays sold OxyClean with more passion than the president sold the necessity of this war."

Er, do you really want the president to argue for a war with more passion than Billy Mays tried to sell OxyClean? He'd sound like a freaking lunatic!

"And we'll kill MORE TALIBAN. That's right! MORE SOLDIERS, MORE DEAD TALIBAN! Act now, and we'll throw in a semblance of domestic stability! WOW!"

S E Cupp, probably not her real name therefore can say stupid things and lie, without anyone knowing. I remember taking combat troops out of iraq.QAnd i also remember he said the real war is in Afghanista ever since he voted against Bush 43 iraqi war wishes. She needs to return to red Eye, a better suited comedy for her.

Unfortunately Mr. Obama was not in the Senate when the AUMF was passed in 2002. I agree with your sentiment, however.

Maybe I'm giving the Faux suits too much credit, but there is a subtle pun there: "e-cup".

ABSOLUTELY NOT - HE made it abundantly clear that he was going to escalate the war in afghanistan from day one. I remember his words specifically because they were one of the few areas I really disagreed with obama during the campaign. But he never, not once said if elected president he would pull out of afghanistan. He said the exact opposite - he would escalate. And he said it over and over and over and over again. Anyone who was even paying the slightest bit of attention to the presidential race knew this.

Somebody tell me why an atheist ballet dancer with an undergraduate degree in art history even merits air time.

      Oh yeah, I forgot--it's Fox.

Another thing a wingnut has in common with Ann Coulter... graduating from Cornell. But, you're right... a degree in Art History? And she makes political opinions in the media? Maybe she should learn to paint on her free time rather than going on Fox News to spew her hateful propaganda.

Looking at how much makeup she puts on her face, without a legitimate degree in any political or media related background, I think it's pretty obvious why she's on Fox-y News.

My "favorite" part of this is the vintage Fox ending:

Hannity, "And on that (lie) I'm afraid we're out of time (so you cannot call her on it being a total lie)."

Anyone who has ever been taught ANYTHING about propaganda and rhetoric (we're talking 9th and 10th grade stuff here) should be able to see through this clearly. Which is why Fox viewers don't, I guess.

The real problem with Fake News Channel is that they will do nothing to even remotely look like contrition. Any respectable show with any journalistic integrity would make an on air correction, preferably by Cupp and/or sanction Cupp for her mistake.

But I have no doubt that there will be no notice of this at all by Hannity or anyone else at FNC.
